Jonathan was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. Our garage door unit was a total wreck. The main spring was broken and the cables were frayed and the rotor wheels were cracked. Jonathan had to break in the door to gain access. Not an easy task to do with a dead weighted door. Excellent service with a lifetime warranty.

Jonathan came out to repair some rollers that came off the track. He went above and beyond. He fixed the track where it was catching from the original installation, replaced some rollers and fine tuned some other areas. For the first time since the original install the door runs so smooth and quiet. Jonathan also installed a seal at the bottom where there were lots of air gaps. All of this was covered under warranty. Jonathan was so kind and friendly and so very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his work. Jonathan Guffey who was the repair technician contacted me Monday morning to let me know when he would be arriving. He was very competent and professional and was able to install a new opener as it didn't make sense to repair my old one due to its age and the repairs that would be needed. So with this past power outage we tried to release the door with no luck, after the power was restored when you tried to open the garage door the motor would run but not lift. My husband had seen many commercials for Precision, so he said give them a call and of course he wants everything done yesterday. Called the office and they said they could send someone out today which made my husband very happy. Jonathan was our installer. He did a complete check of everything involved with our door; he also took pictures. He explained everything in full detail to us. We had 3 options. We chose to have everything, but the actual door replaced we knew down the line we would eventually have to replace other parts. Precision is lucky to have such a great employee working for them.
