Excellent. Prompt (next day after I called). Justin was courteous, thorough, and professional. A door safety sensor had failed. The part was covered under warranty so there was no cost. Justin did the multi-part inspection, replaced the part, and was done in under an hour. I couldn't ask for more.

The installation was performed at my mother-in-law's house. I was the coordinator. I choose Precision Door because I was looking for a Lift Master dealer/installer. We were replacing a 21 year old Lift Master. The sprocket wore down on the chain door opener. Kevin did a fantastic job. Courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and quick. I booked an appointment online and Seth the technician said he was done with his other job early and asked if he could come early and of course I obliged. He was very upfront about the pricing and gave me options and was very thorough explaining the system and why the system I had failed.
