Outstanding service.

I appreciated the same day service. Jimmy couldn't have been more polite and informative, on time and good communication. On the down side, pricing was completely ridiculous. To replace 2 springs on one door the costing was over $1200, nearly 3x's the cost are from other leading service providers were (A&E). I ultimately went back to my primary service provider and the same service out the door was $459. When I asked why they were so high, was told that Precision uses 'powder coated' springs vs oil dipped. If pricing would have been just a bit reasonable, I would have went with Precision but whey pay nearly 3xs the cost for a basic repair.

Precision Garage Door has been the company that we've used over the past eight years to service our garage door. The experience with all representatives from Precision has always been courteous and professional. Justin Napierala serviced our home a few weeks ago, and he was very polite in informing me that the only thing needed was to hit the reset button. He was respectful in not making me feel like an idiot. We would highly recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door repair work.

Scheduling online was very easy. I was able to get an appointment the next day. My technician Jimmy was amazing! He was even able to come earlier than planned and offered to pick me up a beverage while he was fueling up his vehicle enroute. They had several pricing options for what the service I needed.

Kevin was excellent, he arrived as scheduled, explained what he was going to do, once he inspected the garage door system he gave me the 3 options of what he found doing his inspection. He replaced the broken spring in a half hour. Kevin's personality has made me a Precision garage door customer for life, thank you Kevin for doing a great job.

Jimmy Schmidt was my technician and after a careful review of my situation, provided repair options with prices. He was very easy to work with and completed everything within an hour.
