This is my 3rd time using Precision Door Service. My daughters door would not go up so I emailed Precision at 7 o’clock in the morning. Got a call at 8 from them to let me know a technician could come out between 8 and 10. 15 minutes later Geoffrey calls and says he can be there in 30 minutes. He checked everything and gave me 3 options, Good, Better, Best. I chose to do a complete repair (Best) which included everything except the door and rail system. The work was completed in a couple hours. Geoff explained everything and showed how to use the system. I am more than satisfied will continue to use Precision Doors. They seem to out do themselves every trip. Thanks Precision Door and Geoff.

Technician was very friendly and thorough. He went over every option and wasn’t too pushy when explaining it to me after my decision. They were very good about communicating and was on time and very quick with the repair. The only reason I didn’t give a five star was because I thought the price was a little high but it was worth it with the service they provided. I would definitely use them again

I can't stress how good Geoff from Precision was. Called on his way, even offered to grab me a coffee, showed up on time, walked me thru what he was going to do and how long it would take. Afterwards, presented various options and solutions for both the short and long term. I work with a lot companies in various spaces, and based on my experience today, I would put Geoff and Precision at the top. Thanks guys!!!

I first starting to do business with Precision as a company I selected at random. The gentleman that came to fix our door was David Eilers. He totally repaired our door and he suggested we take out a service that will last for a life time. We paid the extra for that service. Now our door weighs 300 pounds because I built the door myself and its made with tongue and groove cedar wood. Today the serviceman came because the door made a very loud noise when it closed. I looked over every part of that door and all of the hardware but I could not detect the cause of our problem. I called Precision, the Service man came out one earlier than originally planed but he called to make sure it was OK with us. It took him 5 minutes to detect the problem and another 5 minutes to fix it. I spent at least 2 hours looking for that problem and I did not come close to finding it. Precision did a wonderful job!!

We have used your company several times, different doors, and were always more than pleased with the service. In every case we received same day service, and also in each case the technician was knowledgeable, professional, yet friendly and pleasant to work with. This is the 2nd time using Precision Door Service. The springs broke on 2 different doors about 2 years apart. Both systems were about 20 years old and in rough condition. A technician was scheduled the same day I called. The technician presented 3 options: Good, Better, Best. There was no pressure to do any upgrades. I chose to do a complete repair (Best) which included everything except the door and rail system. The work was completed in less than 3 hours. A review of the work was completed when the job was done. The technician also programmed our vehicles. Very satisfied with the response time, communication, professionalism and quality of work.

The repair was very fast and the technician was awesome. I would only recommend checking around for prices before scheduling. I had 3 springs replaced for 2 doors and all the side gears and wire replaced and it was $2000.

I had a very disappointing experience with Precision. Our garage door had been giving us issues for a couple years, which we had ignored, but finally stopped altogether after some overnight rain. We had Precision Garage Door service come out and take a look. They told me that basically everything about the garage door, except the door itself, needed to be replaced at a cost of over $3,500. The estimate was not itemized and the part numbers for the motor and opener were not provided. I requested an itemized estimate, but did not get one. It seemed steep, so I had PDQ come give another estimate. They arrived early. They immediately determined it was a minor laser sensor issue. They replaced the sensors and were gone in less than 2 hours and at a total cost out the door less than 1/10 of what Precision quoted me. They also gave me ideas about what to do in the future and what else I should be looking out for when it's time to replace the whole door. That quote was also well below what Precision quoted for just the motor and some other pieces. I would caution using this service and understand that they will try to upsell you significantly more than you need.

Unbelievaible how fast and kind everyone was. I called this past Friday. The lady who took my info cared about if I had a car trapped or not. I told her it wasn't a rush because thank goodness I didn't park my car in the garage the day before. My installer Jeffrey G called me first thing Monday to let me know he was on the way. He even asked if he could pick me up a coffee since he needed to stop at the gas station. I mean how nice is that!? I liked that I had choices where I could pick basic to get the door working again or other recommended options since the door is 25+ years old. The repair was so fast I couldn't believe it. Everything is working great AND I have a warranty as well on the work. It's nice to know there are still good people and good companies. Highly recommend you call. WORTH the money to know it's done correctly.
