Our technician was Christopher Woods. Chris was excellent in explaining all the options available I to replace a 20 year old opener. His installation work was outstanding and at the end he activated our remotes and car links. The new opener and nylon rollers reduce the door opening noise factor immensely.

Quickly assessed the condition of the door and all components. Gave multiple, realistic options of repair with no pressure and very clear descriptions of work that could be performed. Our spring broke early in the morning. I called to see if there was any availability today. Harley arrived before 10am. He asked us a few questions then did a complete inspection of our door, moving parts and garage door opener. Harley gave us many options. We decided to go with a complete replacement of all parts. My expectations were met and exceeded. Jimmy Schmidt was my technician and he was so awesome. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and articulate. He gave me education on my doors and provided several repair options, and did so while having such a warm demeanor. He called to confirm I was booked on his calendar and then called again to let me know when he was on his way from the prior appointment and provided an ETA. He even offered to bring a coffee or drink from the gas station where he was fueling his vehicle! While I'm not excited that my spring broke and I had to repair it, Jimmy and Precision Door made it as painless as possible.
