After my main company called and cancelled on me I decided to give Precision a try based on a recommendation from a friend. They were able to be here the same day and address the problem. Justin was very knowledgeable and showed me the issues of my garage door open and installed a new one and walked me through the setup of the MyQ app. I now have a new garage door company!

My garage door opener system was not working properly. I went online and searched companies and called Precision. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. I was called back several times as reminder for the appointment and Chris, the technician, called a couple of times to keep me informed as to his arrival from his previous job. It was late Friday night, but he assured me he would arrive to troubleshoot the problem. He came and diagnosed the issue. He spent time with me going over the possible solutions and questions I had. He emailed the entire set of estimates for me to consider. He was courteous, polite, helpful. I paid the service charge and was reminded that if I choose Precision to install a new garage door opener system, that the fee would be applied to the cost of the installation. I was pleased with the service call and I will determine which system would be best for our garage door. I was happy with this initial consultation service call.

I ended up needing a new opener and Jonathan G. was very efficient with the install. He worked the whole time he was here and cleaned up everything. Not only all of that, but they were quick about getting someone out to my house, and it's nice that they send you a message with your technicians picture and a little about them so you know who exactly is coming to your house.

Garage door broke Thanksgiving night. No way I was getting that fixed anytime soon, right? Wrong! Precision made it so easy to schedule online. Tech David A. called the following morning to confirm. He showed on time and after an assessment, explained what went wrong, even showing me the issues. He continued with the pros and cons of the equipment I had and offered multiple options for me to fix. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Great experience. Never using anyone else but Precision!

Jon Guffey did a very professional repair on our garage door. I opted to replace all worn parts and now the door operates quieter and smoother. Also got a 5 year warranty. David did an outstanding job! He replaced my 27 year old Genie with a new Lift Master along with springs and rollers. He was quick and efficient. He also installed a wall mounted switch, a new keypad outside and got my Homelink set up. I was shocked to hear everything would be taken care of on the same day. Found them on Google recommended. Dave went through the checklist of what was wrong gave four options to choose one. Was no pressure to select any of them. Chose the one that was best for me. Did the work in a timely fashion and actually got more than what I thought I was going to get. Would not have a problem recommending them.

I made a mistake by calling you. Your $1,500 scam didn't work. I had a sagging chain that needed to be fixed. Your guy spent an hour taking everything apart before telling me it would cost $1,500 to fix the problem without ever telling me about the chain. Another company came, the guy looked at it, told me the problem and cost and was gone in less than 30 minutes. Cost less than 1/5 of your quote. So, I am out $145 which I paid you for the scam. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau about the scam and then posting my review on Facebook to my 1,000+ friends. I will await your call to refund my money before I take action.

David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered our questions about the entire process of removing an old heavy door, installing new insulated one and opener. Older house with garage under back of house with limited access and headroom he explained the options and recommendations were exactly what we needed. Great communication when new door was ready to set up install. Justin arrived on time and fully prepared. Quietly and efficiently completed all the complex removal and installation. Spent time explaining the new equipment and operation and answered our questions completely. We could not be happier with how this all turned out the new door and opener work perfectly, garage is so much warmer with the sealed and insulated panels. I have one word that sums up my experience with Precision Garage Door is "Professionalism". At every step of the process, from talking to the person who set up my appointment to the technician telling me Mr. Peagler your garage door is ready after only a few hours of work under some brutally cold outside weather conditions. I was very impressed. My garage door system was about 30 years old and I new I was going to have to do something with it in the coming year. The technician who did the work was Christopher Woods. Chris is very nice and has a easy going personality and very technically adapt making you feel comfortable that the work will be done right the first time. After our initial meeting, he did an assessment of my situation and came back with 3 options "Good", "Better" and "Best". Based what I had saw from the company and Chris, I took the "Best" option. Chris 's work was excellent and that is why I am rating my experience Precision Garage Door 5 star's. Thank You!
