Jonathan was on time and worked continually. Pre-work phone calls and texts. He inspected the doors and presented us with 3 corrective options. No sales pressure, just options and facts. He answered all of our questions and gave us full explanations. He had all the necessary tools and parts to complete the job with him. Following the installation, we were given an overview and a demonstration of all the work he had done. The entire job was done in under 3 hours and the area left cleaner than it was before. We are so glad our neighbor recommended Precision to us.

Our garage door opener stopped working with the remotes. David was very nice. Did an inspection and took pictures and explained everything. We have several problems with the door. Cracks going through the panels. Two different springs. So we fill the door is unsafe.

We have had our new doors for almost 3 years and love them! They are quiet and look nice. I made the decision to finally get my garage door repaired; after all, my neighbors don't need to know when I come and go. There were several companies listed, and somehow I connected with your company and made the call. The lady on the phone(almost closing time) was pleasant and advised that a technician would call between 8a and 10a the following morning to give a more accurate arrival time. Garrett was very pleasant and explained my options. He was very knowledgeable and he didn't try to persuade me to choose the highest option; he allowed me to make the decision. Should a friend or acquaintance need garage door help, I will recommend Precision.

Everything went perfectly. My technician, Jonathan Guffey, explained everything that would be helpful to do to keep my door running smoothly, and he arrived during the window provided. He replaced most moving parts. My reason for calling was that the door was running kind of roughly, and I could see that some of the rollers looked worn. It appears to be running very smoothly. We have used Precision Overhead for at least 13 years, and I really didn't consider calling anyone else. Jonathan was totally courteous and professional.
