He called before coming saying he needed to stop for gas and asked me if I'd like him to bring my coffee, which I thought was very thoughtful but not necessary. He explained everything that needed to be done for the door to operate properly. He did the repairs and soon I was on my way to work. Thanks for being so courteous. Next time I need repairs to the garage door I'll call you back.

I have used Precision Garage Door three times over the past 8 years. Each time I have run into an issue and reached out they are extremely quick to respond with the ability to set up an appointment to do an inspection and provide recommendations to resolve my problem. The most recent experiences were with Kevin and Geoff. I called Precision as my garage door was running rough and I wanted to get ahead of any issues. I had purchased a new opener from Precision 5.5 years ago and new springs/rollers 8 years ago respectively. I could have had an appointment same day of my call but I opted for next day based on my availability. Kevin was my assigned tech and he called in advance of the appointment with when he expected to arrive. It ended up working out that he was able to be early which worked for me as well. Kevin quickly diagnosed the issues my door was having and presented my options. Unfortunately my garage door opener was running hot as the spring and pulleys were starting to fail/fray and the tracks were a touch out of alignment. There was not a significant price difference between the bare minimum required to safely address my issues and a complete rebuild. I opted for the complete rebuild (everything but new door and tracks) as it now comes with a lifetime warranty - which I am optimistic will be honored as my wife and I never plan to drive into the door (only reason mentioned that it would not be). Kevin then worked diligently to do the work on the rebuild and it was done within 2-2.5 hours. The next day I did notice that the garage door was a bit louder than upon initial install. I called back in that Monday after the weekend and Geoff was sent out to evaluate. He made a slight adjustment to one of my tracks and made sure all screws were in securely. He also lubricated my hinges. This appeared to completely address the noise issue and I have not had one since. It feels like Precision may be more on the expensive side - but there is definitely value to professionalism, responsiveness, integrity, and the lifetime warranty. As long as the lifetime warranty commitment stands true, I am grateful to have peace of mind that will never had a garage door related expense again (other than if I ever have to replace the actual door).

Would highly recommend! Great service from the first phone call to the quick appointment availability times, to our very knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient technician, Geoffrey Grouse. The problem was very quickly evaluated, we were given clear and concise options and costs for the needed repairs and they were able to be completed on the spot. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend to others and would be a repeat customer!

I called this morning reporting an issue with my garage door. I was given an appointment for three hours later. I was called by the technician, David, 30 minutes before his arrival. He sent me a text message with his picture and a description of him and his personal Likes and dislikes. He and another gentleman came and evaluated. The issues with the garage doors gave us a quote for repairing them. They repaired the doors check them showed us how to program everything and program the openers inside the cars and programmed our phones to operate the garage doors. I would definitely Highly recommend this company! Very professional and reasonable

I was very pleased with Justin's professional. He contacted me prior to his visit. He indicated that he had to make a stop prior to his visit and offered to bring me something. He was very thoughtful. Upon his arrival he asked me what were my trouble areas with the garage door. Then he indicated what he would make his assessment and get back to me. Upon his review, my concerns were addressed.

My garage door spring broke this afternoon. Called Precision and they had a technician at my house in about 1.5 hours. My technician, Kevin O'Hara called me before he arrived, he told me he had to stop for gas on the way and even asked me if he could pick me up something while he was at the gas station! Who does that today!? No one.. he was great, repaired my broken door, and provided a fair estimate to do some additional maintenance on that door, and my second garage door. Great experience, rare experience these days!

I wish I could give the company a different rating than the installers! Both men who came out to the house were absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, etc. The company on the other hand- We were given a 2 week turn around estimate date and told we would be kept up to date when the door was ordered/arrived. I had to call 3-4 different times for updates and the date continuously got pushed out. On install day, they called 25 min before they were supposed to arrive to tell us our door was damaged and we had to wait 5 more days for another requiring changing our work schedules around to accommodate the install. If they kept us in the loop without us having to chase the information, the entire process would have been a lot less frustrating… we received the door over a month later. On a positive note- great installers and the door itself is beautiful now that it’s finally here!

From calling to schedule an estimate to rescheduling the install date your customer service was pleasant with each interaction. The estimator was patient and answered my questions and took time to send me things as I was out of town. The Installer was professional and left my garage clean. I really liked the text messages with photos of who was coming and who they were as a person ! What a great company they must work for. Thank you all so much for all you do! Appreciated talking to a live and pleasant speaking associate, prior to business opening and to get service scheduled. Nice that the company has maintained a record of prior services; nice to have received a call from the service person (Justin) with estimate of arrival time, and to have him arriving in accord with estimate. He was courteous, presented professionally, explained what should be expected of the service, assessment and provided a problem diagnosis in laymen's term; provided a range of options and costs. Overall we were very satisfied with the service; however, shocked at the costs!!
