Excellent. Prompt (next day after I called). Justin was courteous, thorough, and professional. A door safety sensor had failed. The part was covered under warranty so there was no cost. Justin did the multi-part inspection, replaced the part, and was done in under an hour. I couldn't ask for more.

The installation was performed at my mother-in-law's house. I was the coordinator. I choose Precision Door because I was looking for a Lift Master dealer/installer. We were replacing a 21 year old Lift Master. The sprocket wore down on the chain door opener. Kevin did a fantastic job. Courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and quick. I talked with three different employees and all three were excellent representatives of Precision Door. I definitely would recommend Precision Door.

I booked an appointment online and Seth the technician said he was done with his other job early and asked if he could come early and of course I obliged. He was very upfront about the pricing and gave me options and was very thorough explaining the system and why the system I had failed. It was easy to set up an appointment, and the employee that took my information was polite and professional, The technicians arrived at my home promptly, explained what they would do, and got right to work. I was shown what needed to be done, and what my options and costs would be. I did not feel pressured, just informed. The job was finished that afternoon and I was totally satisfied with the results. David the technician was hard working and polite despite the heat of the day.

I purchased multiple products (including springs, rollers, cables, and garage door opener) to repair an erratically functioning door opener. The total cost was far in excess of what I anticipated. We've had many service people over the years but this, by far, has been the best experience ever. It started when I first called and was greeted by the pleasant service call receptionist who took down all the information then scheduled a time. Next was a call from the driver mentioning he could be early, then mentioned he had to stop and get gas first and wanted to know if he could pick up a drink for me while he was there. When he showed up he was friendly and personable and soft spoken. Then preceded to trouble shoot the GDO, pointing out what was wrong and offered to find a replacement at a good price. At no time was money discussed till we decided to replace the defective opener we had called about. We were blown away how reasonable it was. He removed the old and replaced with new in no time and cleaned up everything even programming our van to work with the new opener. I would recommend Precision GD anytime. Glad we chose them. 180 from the first company I called and decided not to use.
