Justin came early which was great! He did a great job explaining our garage door opener replacement options. He did an excellent and quick job of replacing our opener. Afterwards, he walked us through making sure everything worked including programming our keypad and programming the opener button inside my car.

Justin Napierala was a very informed , kind and knowledgeable sales technician. I feel the quotes he presented to me were very high and quite frankly not reasonable. The next quotes from other comprable companies I received were 66% less. That’s too bad you have such a wonderful employee that may not reach his full potential while at a company that cost of repairs and parts are un reasonable. He is doing his job in excellence but Company Rules are absorbent and may have a hinderance on obtaining sales contracts. Thank You

I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati after one of our springs broke. One of their technicians (Christopher Woods) arrived within hours. He inspected everything and provided several options for the repair. Christopher was excellent; he thoroughly explained my options and was detailed with his work. Based on my experience, I will be calling Precision Garage Door Service for any future garage door needs.

The chain on my garage door opener broke and the garage door came crashing down. I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door that afternoon and Dave came out the following day. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable and took great care to explain his recommendations every step of the way. A new opener was installed together with a new spring, rollers and everything else necessary to make the opener and garage door like new. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Precision, and I would highly recommend them. I would have given them 6 stars if I could.

Actually even before it began, the tech, David called to let me know he was on his way and asked if I wanted a drink or something because he was stopping to get gas. It was an expensive day of repairs but he handled himself excellently and made me feel at ease.

The reviews listed people from our local area and I even saw the name of someone I knew who gave a glowing review. Our service agent was Chris. He did an excellent job of explaining the condition of our door opener as well as the obvious broken spring. We were given options of services we could have done from necessary to other update options. He performed the repairs well and showed us how the new garage door opener we chose worked.

Michael Stahlman came out today and did a fantastic job. He was courteous, punctual and pleasant. He fixed my door in a timely manner as he said he would. My garage door is very quiet. I have never heard it so quiet before now. I’ve had other companies service my door before, but precision and Michael Stahlman were the best hands-down!!
