I had a trapped car to do a broken spring. My usual door company couldn't come out for 3 days! I called Precision and they came right out. Very friendly service on the phone. The technician came out and fixed the springs with no problem. Also showed how my previous company had been replacing my springs with cheap ones that wore out every 2000 openings and gave me the option to pick any of 3 different grades of springs. No pressure, just gave me the facts and answered any questions. very knowledgeable. Great job!

I made an appointment with Precision Door due to seeing daylight coming into the garage from a few spots around the perimeter of one of our garage doors. Thanks to the thorough inspection Seth Boyers performed, he found the belt frayed in a couple spots which would have failed in the near future. A “surprise” garage door failure is never a good experience. Our new opener is a welcomed relief. Seth was very professional in our discussions and in his work. His workmanship was noteworthy. It was one of those hot and humid days but it didn’t seem to bother him. Seth is welcome back on any future job. Steve F

I chose to make an appt with Precision due to 1. Facebook ad and 2. reading reviews. I was not disappointed. My garage door opener was opening but not closing. As soon as David Eilers from Precision showed up....true story...the remote worked! Open and close! The man is a magical unicorn. Gladly paid the service call for all over inspection. Our first time using Precision. What a great experience! Easy appointment setting for a next day visit and confirmation every step of the way. Jonathan is a professional who takes pride in being thorough and doing it right. He did his evaluation of our door repair needs and provided “Good, Better, Best” options to allow flexibility. He got to work and didn’t quit until the job was finished (despite the blazing hot temps). Precision is truly focused on customer service which is awesome to these days.

Knowledgeable, efficient, fair price. The repairman was a bit "salesy", but was able to explain the mechanical problems to my satisfaction, and we ended up replacing both doors' springs and rollers. The doors themselves are twenty years old, but in surprisingly good shape, and he did not recommend replacing them, or either of the existing openers. The doors now work vastly better. This repair does not fit in the choices below.
