Easily able to book an appointment online. Service Tech called to let us know about timing and when he would arrive. Explained everything about their process prior to inspection and then provided a complete breakdown of services and options to suite our needs. Fixed our broken spring and upgraded some of our old worn out parts. He did provide an overall review of what was repaired and provided details about other possible updates/upgrades if we decided we needed those options down the line. Great service and support! Recommend.

Brian was awesome! He offered comprehensive estimate options and did the work as promised. On-site and within the appointment time. All parts needed were in the truck so there wasn’t a delay in the repairs. The door seals better and is so quiet now. Amazing! No upsell pressure! Precision Door installed my new opener about 3 years ago, the backup battery was defective and they got someone out to fix it for me very quickly. The price was very reasonable and the service technician was fantastic, he even blew all he cobwebs out from around the opener and the garage door.

I can't say enough good things about David and Precision Garage Door. Communication from the company to the employee exceeded all my expectations. My garage door was in serious need of repair. The "vintage" hardware was broken and dangerous. David was able to install a new system that integrated into the original door, saving me thousands and allowing me to keep the integrity of the original door. Also, David installed everything on his own in a couple of hours. I couldn't believe it. This was a big, dirty job, and he knocked it out of the park. Thank you so much!!

It was perfect The tech showed up on time Did the work quickly When he got to my house, they were starting the re-paving if Deerfield Road. David had to park across Deerfield and walk thru a road construction site to get to the house. His only comment was”at least I’ll get my steps today. He made the best of a bad situation. I will recommend Precision Door service to everyone.

Fantastic service from Precision ! They gave me an appointment within 2 days of my initial request and arrived with everything needed to replace an outdated and somewhat unsafe 35 + year old system. The technician, David Allen, was very knowledgeable and provided several options for the replacement. I chose a new torsion system and couldn't be more pleased. It is so quiet and came with a motion detection overhead interior light, battery backup and exterior wireless key pad as well as an interior control pad with time of day and temperature features. None of these were present on my old system. Once everything was installed, I decided to request the same replacement items on my second garage door. David was able to set up an appointment for the very next day, once again showed up on time and completed the expert install in short order. Both door projects were completely cleaned up and old equipment removed. Best home improvement service I've ever had !
