This is the first experience I have had with Precision Door Services. Our garage door wire broke on Sunday evening leaving unable to open our door. I called the number for PDS and my call was answered by a live person. They scheduled a service call for Monday morning between 10-12pm. I received a call around 9am from David Allen who let me know he was on another job and would call on his way to our home. David called back just before 10am to let me know he was going to stop and get gas and would be to our house shortly after. After hanging up, I received a text with David’s picture and bio (nice touch), David arrived on-time, introduced himself and proceeded to the garage to assess the damage. He explained their process throughly and said he would evaluate the damage and have a few options to review with me. David reviewed the issues he found and went over the options for repair. Once approved, David began the repairs. After completion, David went over the new system and answered all my questions. David was very polite and professional at his job. I was impressed with how efficient he was working by himself and how he took pride in his installation. I would recommend David and PDS to anyone looking for a professional garage service company. Thanks for the quick repairs.

I chose this company, why because I always look at reviews and comments. They were all 5.0. We were lucky enough to get Chris as our service tech. I called within 1.5 hours + or -. Chris reached out and was at our home. He observed my reason for calling. Went through all safety side of quote. Explained each one. But not so much you got overwhelmed or did not understand. Chris is an absolute amazing tech. Conscientious, well spoken. Amazing person. Choose this company you will not be sorry. They give Veteran discount. This was my second visit with Justin Napierala. The first was when he came during the winter when it was below freezing and stayed until the job was completed. He was so professional at that time and also this time. He walked thru his process of what he was doing with me and explained in a manner that I would understand. The issue was resolved in a short time and he also explained what to do in the event it happened again. In the future if I ever need to call for help, I will definitely ask for Justin.
