Today I had the opportunity to receive at my house the technician Geoffrey Grouse from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati. He replaced the motors, and other pieces of my garage doors and the service was perfect, with great quality and a good price. Therefore, I recommend the Precision company for my friends and neighbors for any needs about overhead garage door service.

I called Precision when my garage door suddenly stopped working. Their representative was very helpful in setting up an appointment for me at my convenience. The technician who arrived on time, Kevin O'Hara, was super. Very pleasant and most importantly very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He explained everything thoroughly and in terms I could understand. After giving me options of what could be fixed, he expertly went about taking care of things. I'd highly recommend this company. Thanks Kevin and thanks Precision.

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and their technician David Eilers. The service began prior to his arrival. A phone conversion addressed the possible issues which might not require a service call. David arrived on time with a smile on his face, introducing himself and letting us know he was here to solve our garage door issues. After a thorough investigation he explained our options and installed our new system, connecting it to our remotes, phones, and cars. A thorough training session followed. Job well done!

My power went out in the bad weather, and while I was trying to get my car out of the garage, the door stopped working, leaving my vehicle trapped inside.
