Our 20+ year old opener gave up on a Sunday morning. Precision has a real person to answer the phone (not an automated voice system). She was knowledgeable about the business and how they could help us. A technician was scheduled for the next day. Justin gave a thorough inspection of the whole garage door system. Before starting the replacement, he went over his inspection results and made sure I understood the options. It was amazing to watch how efficiently he went about assembling / installing the new opener. In addition to his workmanship, he was personable and friendly. All in all this was a five star experience.

Taryn kept me well informed when it appeared the original schedule was not going to work out due to unforeseen challenges with another job. Happily worked to find another time to get the job done. David and Mike explained different options available, listened to my needs. Clean and thorough job taking additional time to set up our car remote, explain the camera and set up mounted keypad. I am very pleased with the service provided by everyone.

It was a great experience. The turn around from the phone call to the job being completed was fast. David was the Service Tech that came to my house. He called about 30 minutes ahead of time, so I knew when to expect him. I also received a text with his name and picture, so I knew who to look for. He was very professional and thorough. Told me what he was going to do regarding inspection. After inspection, he talked with me and let me know what he found. He showed me what was broken and told me what needed to be done. He gave me three options of what he could do to resolve our issues with the door. No pressure from him as to which option I should choose. When I told him which option, he stayed and made the repairs right then. I ended up needing a new garage door opener, sensors, Key pad, and springs. Would highly recommend.

TL;DR: Prompt, efficient, courteous, and good value! We had an old style garage door and opener that started to intermittently freeze while opening and closing was completely beyond my ability to DIY. I was able to call in on a Sunday evening to book a service appointment for the following day. The techs David and Michael were fully transparent and courteous about their arrival times and arrived within the scheduled window. On arrival, they were attentive to my descriptions of the opener issues and asked a few diagnostic questions, then did a full inspection of the door, hardware, and opener to determine what was actually needed for a fix. They talked me through their assessments and several options based on my budget, and clearly explained what I did and didn't need to get my door safety operational again. I didn't feel oversold at any point, and appreciated the comprehensive advice I received. Once we selected a fix (keep the old door, but replace hardware and opener), they had everything needed to do the repairs immediately, and were able to finish in just a few hours. They promised a door that would sound and work like brand new, and they 100% delivered on that. I've already recommended Precision to another friend and will happily call on their techs for anything I need in the future.

Easily able to book an appointment online. Service Tech called to let us know about timing and when he would arrive. Explained everything about their process prior to inspection and then provided a complete breakdown of services and options to suite our needs. Fixed our broken spring and upgraded some of our old worn out parts. He did provide an overall review of what was repaired and provided details about other possible updates/upgrades if we decided we needed those options down the line. Great service and support! All parts needed were in the truck so there wasn’t a delay in the repairs. The door seals better and is so quiet now. Amazing! No upsell pressure! Precision Door installed my new opener about 3 years ago, the backup battery was defective and they got someone out to fix it for me very quickly. The price was very reasonable and the service technician was fantastic, he even blew all he cobwebs out from around the opener and the garage door.

I can't say enough good things about David and Precision Garage Door. Communication from the company to the employee exceeded all my expectations. My garage door was in serious need of repair. The "vintage" hardware was broken and dangerous. David was able to install a new system that integrated into the original door, saving me thousands and allowing me to keep the integrity of the original door. Also, David installed everything on his own in a couple of hours. I couldn't believe it. This was a big, dirty job, and he knocked it out of the park. Thank you so much!!
