Quinn our technician was very nice and professional and did a very nice and neat job. I just thought the price was way too high, He said they use premium springs that last much longer. I checked around later and found that to replace two standard springs was $325 to $400. which is way cheaper than the $1000. they charged me.

My technician today was Justin. I initially called to have a door seal changed out due to the presence of mice in my garage. After an initial inspection, it was decided that I definitely needed a new seal, as well as cables, a spring, and, rollers. Justin was very thorough and pleasant to work with. He answered all of my questions so that I could see and understand the issues. The work was completed in a timely manner. My only concern is I now have black handprints both inside and outside the door that were not addressed before he left. Other than that, I am satisfied with the completed job.

We had a repair done recently that was done incorrectly and caused more issues. This time we contacted Precision. We purchased springs, ball bearings, cable, rollers and drums to repair/restore an older, sturdy garage door. The repair is recent, but as of now, we are satisfied. David was our technician. He was courteous and professional. He answered all of our questions, walked us through the issues and presented us with 4 levels of options. We liked the text alerting us of our technician prior to arrival. It provided a photo and a short bio. The technician arrived in a clearly marked Precision vehicle. This was comforting after our last repair. Should we need garage repair/replacement in the future we would contact Precision again and request David as a technician.

Justin explained all our options very well, to get the two doors operating efficiently again. Gave us different cost scenarios to choose from and what each package would include. No pressure, and explained things very well. We are more than satisfied. Only issue was the inability to get any of the car remote buttons working from my Lexus, and the inability of getting the second button to operate from my wife’s Toyota, both which worked properly with the old openers. Explained we would have to have the dealer probably alter the program. A little frustrating, but apparently not the fault of the new equipment, nor Justin’s fault. Not a big deal. We can get that hopefully easily resolved the next time the cars go in for service. Thank you!!
