A couple of years ago you replaced one of my openers, and I was very pleased then. So I called you yesterday when the other started to give me trouble. Your technician, David Eilers, was outstanding. He showed me the issues that were causing me problems (stripped gear, burns on the logic board), and discussed my options. I opted for a new opener which he installed immediately. Overall install was as expected. Warranty is the only benefit I see. I was robbed as I contacted two other shops this morning to make myself feel good with the decision. Oh boy was I wrong because they would install the same opener for $1000 less. Avoid if you can, I learned my lesson, please shop local!

My garage door opener surprised me when it stopped working altogether. I was also surprised at the extremely prompt service I received after calling Precision! I am not a mechicanically inclined person; I am an older citizen who has a hard time knowing if I am being taken advantage of or not. I have not had to purchase a garage door opener for over 30 years. You can imagine the culture shock when I learned about the pricing change that has occurred in those 30 years. Thank goodness for Seth Boyers (my technician.) He could see how confused I was. He eased my concerns and assured me that he wasn't in a hurry, he would not move forward until I was totally clear and confident, and that he was going to walk me through the process/equipment until I felt that we were on the same team and he and Percision would be there for me whenever I needed help of any kind.Thank you, Seth and Percision. Jonathan, our technician provided outstanding service in a professional, friendly manner. He called ahead to confirm the appointment. Upon arrival, his diagnosis was swift. He then performed an overall inspection of the garage door’s function, installed new light bulbs, and straightened a part that was slightly out of alignment, something I had not even noticed. I found Jonathan’s service to be outstanding!! He represents your company very well!!

Seth Boyers was the tech that worked on my garage door, and I couldn't have had a better one. He was very cordial and made me feel relaxed in knowing he knew what he was doing. He had to access the door through a small window with no grumbling. He renewed the entire mechanics of the door, and I could not be more satisfied. My technician was Justin today. He explained all the options for upgrading one of my garage doors with a new lift system and all the peripherals that go with it. He also gave me a keypad and helped me update the MyQ app to include both doors. He did an excellent job. The door opens quietly and smoothly now.

Excellent. Prompt (next day after I called). Justin was courteous, thorough, and professional. A door safety sensor had failed. The part was covered under warranty so there was no cost. Justin did the multi-part inspection, replaced the part, and was done in under an hour. I couldn't ask for more.

The installation was performed at my mother-in-law's house. I was the coordinator. I choose Precision Door because I was looking for a Lift Master dealer/installer. We were replacing a 21 year old Lift Master. The sprocket wore down on the chain door opener. Kevin did a fantastic job. Courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and quick.
