My garage door cable snapped and I reached out to 3 different companies. Precision responded immediately and very professionally. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I was contacted by the Technician to let me know what his schedule looked like and he even offered to bring me a soda on his way! We had David Allen reach out to us to let us know when he was an hour out, then again at a half hour… he was then early to arrive… always better to be early than late in my book… he was very professional and able to assist with our garage door issues… he offered us many different solution options in writing. He was not high pressure sales which immediately made me feel at ease…he was able to finish the job in under an hour and we were completely satisfied with service provided Ask for David… he does not disappoint Shawn
