My garage door opener surprised me when it stopped working altogether. I was also surprised at the extremely prompt service I received after calling Precision! I am not a mechicanically inclined person; I am an older citizen who has a hard time knowing if I am being taken advantage of or not. I have not had to purchase a garage door opener for over 30 years. You can imagine the culture shock when I learned about the pricing change that has occurred in those 30 years. Thank goodness for Seth Boyers (my technician.) He could see how confused I was. He was very upfront about the pricing and gave me options and was very thorough explaining the system and why the system I had failed. I made an appointment with Precision Door due to seeing daylight coming into the garage from a few spots around the perimeter of one of our garage doors. Thanks to the thorough inspection Seth Boyers performed, he found the belt frayed in a couple spots which would have failed in the near future. A “surprise” garage door failure is never a good experience. Our new opener is a welcomed relief. Seth was very professional in our discussions and in his work. His workmanship was noteworthy.
