I made a mistake by calling you. Your $1,500 scam didn't work. I had a sagging chain that needed to be fixed. Your guy spent an hour taking everything apart before telling me it would cost $1,500 to fix the problem without ever telling me about the chain. Another company came, the guy looked at it, told me the problem and cost and was gone in less than 30 minutes. Cost less than 1/5 of your quote. So, I am out $145 which I paid you for the scam. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau about the scam and then posting my review on Facebook to my 1,000+ friends. I will await your call to refund my money before I take action.

The chain on my garage door opener broke and the garage door came crashing down. I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door that afternoon and Dave came out the following day. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable and took great care to explain his recommendations every step of the way. A new opener was installed together with a new spring, rollers and everything else necessary to make the opener and garage door like new. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Precision, and I would highly recommend them. I would have given them 6 stars if I could.

It was my first repair on our garage door, and I was pleasantly pleased with Robert's diagnosis and options for repair. It would not raise the door He explained it well to me and agreed to speak on the phone with our son with a full explanation. The springs that were up were not adequate for our double door and not up to safety standards. A torsion system was installed and old coils removed. All was completed in about an hour. Did not expect that repair, but do feel comfortable with the additional safety involved. Would recommend company especially Robert to others in need of help. He had all the parts needed on his truck and was able to fully repair the door with a full 100% warranty. All was cleaned up by Robert and would get back to him if possible.

While the tech seemed to be knowledgeable he was a salesman. I requested a repairman and was dissatisfied with his approach. When he quoted me three options the least at $560 I knew I was in trouble. I can buy a while NEW system at Lowe's for $179. He even pulled the circuit board from the motor, and without testing any diodes explained this may be part of the problem. I am familiar with these boards and know they can die but I assure this was not the case. It was evident my door problem was in the trolley. The years are stripped and grind when you go to open the door. I will not use your services in the future.
