This is the second time I’ve used Precision; the first time my door had an issue, and this time a lightning strike took out my motor. Precision was able to quickly schedule the service visit, which was a pleasant surprise since it was a holiday week. My technician, Jonathan, was professional, personable, and patient as he helped me setup the garage door app that came with my motor repair. Though I hopefully won’t need to use them any time soon, I’ll continue to recommend them to family and friends for 5-star service.

It was my first repair on our garage door, and I was pleasantly pleased with Robert's diagnosis and options for repair. It would not raise the door He explained it well to me and agreed to speak on the phone with our son with a full explanation. The springs that were up were not adequate for our double door and not up to safety standards. A torsion system was installed and old coils removed. All was completed in about an hour. Did not expect that repair, but do feel comfortable with the additional safety involved. Would recommend company especially Robert to others in need of help. He had all the parts needed on his truck and was able to fully repair the door with a full 100% warranty. All was cleaned up by Robert and would get back to him if possible.

I am very pleased with Precision Door Service of Cincinnati. The appointment and service on my door was completed on the same day. The technician, Robert, was polite, professional, and very patient with me, answering all questions and concerns. He showed me where the problem(s) with garage door were, the options available allowing me to choose without any “sales” pressure. Robert then completed the job in a timely manner, leaving the garage area clean.

While the tech seemed to be knowledgeable he was a salesman. I requested a repairman and was dissatisfied with his approach. When he quoted me three options the least at $560 I knew I was in trouble. I can buy a while NEW system at Lowe's for $179. He even pulled the circuit board from the motor, and without testing any diodes explained this may be part of the problem. I am familiar with these boards and know they can die but I assure this was not the case. It was evident my door problem was in the trolley. The years are stripped and grind when you go to open the door. I will not use your services in the future.

Brandon Quast was the technician who worked on my garage door and he was very professional and knowledgable of the garage door business. He explained everything that I needed to fix my garage door, then he explained to me what he would recommend to bring the door up to top quality as far as repairs in the future. It was quite more expensive but I told him to go ahead and do the more expensive work. He is an asset to your company. He also cleaned up very well after he was finished. Dave came out and installed a new opener yesterday. Today it would not work. He returned and fixed it within hours and freely admitted that he may have bumped the sensor as he was leaving. The work was done quickly and he cleaned up more than his mess. I would heartily recommend Precision for you garage door installation or repairs.
