He explained everything he was doing and gave us a complete evaluation of the problem. He offered us several options and there was no hard sell or pressure. I had a great experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Repair. Our garage door broke unexpectedly, and they had someone out within 48 hours (it could have been even sooner, but I had scheduling conflicts). The technician was friendly, professional, and arrived right on time. He explained everything clearly and provided three repair options at different price points without any pressure. Once we made our decision, he completed the repair the same day in under two hours. The service was efficient. It wasn't the cheapest repair, but it was absolutely worth the price for the service and peace of mind. Highly recommend!

The experience with your team was exceptional to say the least. I am throughly impressed with the technician that did the spring replacement on our door. Very knowledgeable in explaining everything and told me everything upfront that needed to happen to make it operational again. The amount of choices given was great also. Outstanding service. I called on a Tuesday, and on Wednesday, my tech, Jimmy Schmidt, arrived as scheduled at 10 am. I had three fairly old wood garage doors, all with varying repair needs. He took the time to educate me on all parts and options. I asked Jimmy to break his quote down several ways, and in 15 minutes, he gave me several options. I was able to decide immediately what made sense for me regarding springs, rollers, and operators. I absolutely love the technology of the keypads and the aesthetics of the LED contemporary light on the Liftmaster operator. Especially helpful for my schedule, the assistance of additional techs allowed the entire project to be completed by mid-afternoon.

From scheduling to service; whole process was a breeze. Harley came out to service our garage door within four hours of the spring snapping. Two doors fixed up in under two hours! Harley was fast, personable, and communicated my repair options clearly. Never pressured any repair option. Answered questions and let me choose which was the best option for myself. This is my 3rd time using Precision Door Service. My daughters door would not go up so I emailed Precision at 7 o’clock in the morning. Got a call at 8 from them to let me know a technician could come out between 8 and 10. 15 minutes later Geoffrey calls and says he can be there in 30 minutes. He checked everything and gave me 3 options, Good, Better, Best. I chose to do a complete repair (Best) which included everything except the door and rail system. The work was completed in a couple hours. Geoff explained everything and showed how to use the system. I am more than satisfied will continue to use Precision Doors. They seem to out do themselves every trip. Thanks Precision Door and Geoff.

Upon his arrival, he quickly gathered some information from me and took some measurements of the door. Technician was very friendly and thorough. He went over every option and wasn’t too pushy when explaining it to me after my decision. I first starting to do business with Precision as a company I selected at random. The gentleman that came to fix our door was David Eilers. He totally repaired our door and he suggested we take out a service that will last for a life time. We paid the extra for that service. Now our door weighs 300 pounds because I built the door myself and its made with tongue and groove cedar wood. Today the serviceman came because the door made a very loud noise when it closed. I looked over every part of that door and all of the hardware but I could not detect the cause of our problem. I called Precision, the Service man came out one earlier than originally planed but he called to make sure it was OK with us. It took him 5 minutes to detect the problem and another 5 minutes to fix it. I spent at least 2 hours looking for that problem and I did not come close to finding it. Precision did a wonderful job!!
