Chris Woods arrived early for the appointment and explained everything very thoroughly. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. After we reviewed the various service options, he replaced the mechanical parts of my garage door that were worn and deteriorating. Everything works and sounds much better now. Chris did a great job and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and polite.

Quinn our installer was professional and very pleasant. He had to change springs rollers and all moving parts. He kept me informed of his findings and worked steadily. And efficiently. He did a super job cleaning everything up and clearly explained all the details. I would call precision door again.. Everything he needed was on hand. I would give eight stars if I could. He explained in detail everything we needed to know about the replacements. He took the time to answer any questions we asked him about the product. He worked diligently during the installation and cleanup was great. He is pleasant to work with and would request him in the future if needed. He did an excellent job.

Your technician, David Eilers was exceptional. Not only did he call ahead to let us know he would be a little later than 2 pm but called again when he was on his way. He was very attentive as we described the trouble we were having. He identified the problem and discussed all our options. I was very impressed that we were able to have the installation done the same day as the service call. He went above and beyond helping us set up the app and programmed the car and remotes. He never seemed hurried or impatient. He was very personable and efficient. I do however wish I would have done my due diligence and checked into some competitor’s pricing because after the fact I feel we paid more than the average.

It was great to see that I could not only schedule an appointment the next day but schedule one during the time before I needed to go to work. My garage door ceased to operate on Easter Sunday evening. I went to the web and searched for providers who could come soon to repair. The reviews and endorsements for Garage Door Precision were fantastic. And as I found out, very well deserved. I was able to book an appointment for the next morning! Jonathan Guffey who was the repair technician contacted me Monday morning to let me know when he would be arriving. He was very competent and professional and was able to install a new opener as it didn't make sense to repair my old one due to its age and the repairs that would be needed. He took his time explaining all of the features and went over the maintenance needs and safety features. I couldn't be more pleased and I would highly recommend this company.
