Harley Carter delivered exemplary service. He effectively communicated every step of the process. His arrival was prompt, and he provided same-day service (here in 1 hour). I initially contacted a competitor (AE), which advertised same-day service for calls made before 10:00 AM. However, they were fully booked by 9:30 AM and could only offer service within 1 to 2 days. I really appreciate that they take the time to call me in advance and provide a heads-up about the upcoming service. It adds a personal touch when they send a photo along with a detailed description of the technician who will be coming to my home. It's a thoughtful gesture that makes the experience feel friendlier and more trustworthy! Harley was courteous and professional. It would be nice if all companies conducted business this way.

I have been having intermittent issues with the sensor alignment on my garage door opener for a while. I called Precision to see if this was something they could take a look at and, possibly, fix. With a same-day appointment, Jimmy Schmidt was my assigned tech and he asked lots of questions as he tried to diagnosis the issue. After completing the 3-point check, it was discovered that the motor to the opener was running hard because the door was not balanced. After explaining the issue, he put together comprehensive quotes from the minimum repair to a complete repair (spring, opener and rollers), all of which were reasonable. Jimmy completed most of the work and made sure I understood everything before leaving. The only thing he wasn't able to complete was a replacement weatherstripping as he didn't have the correct size. However, he returned the next business day to complete that part of the job. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for garage door needs.

We tried a few numbers and yours was one that really answered and were able to show up the same day. Our garage door failed on Friday night, we called Saturday morning and where able to show up between 4 and 6. The young man, I am sorry I don't remember his name and called us at 2:30 and arrived by 3. He was exceeding friendly, smiling and full of energy. He worked gently on the door for two and half hours, friendly all the time. He explained everything for us and left information if we had any problems. He was one of the best helpers we have had.

Justin was very professional handling all communications and installations in an excellent way. He took significant time explaining three approaches to our door problem and let us make the decision. After looking at each option we chose the most expensive but we never felt pressure. Concluding this afternoon 2 more men joined him, Chris and Chris. Jimmy and Kevin did a great job fixing my garage door. New hardware and door opener! Quiet and smooth and with “My Q”. My old opener was noisy and would not open when the temperature drops below 40f. What a pain! Now it feels like I’m on top of the world! It makes a big difference to be able to use the garage again!
