Is easy for me to give Precision Garage Door Service and especially the technician that worked on and fixed our garage door issues a solid 5 stars. I called one day and had an appointment which fit my schedule for the very next day....a Saturday. Wasn't exactly sure what was causing our intermitant opening issue but didn't take long for Chris (the tech) to diagnose and provide us options for repair. Chris was extremely knowledgeable, easy going, efficient and provided us with more than I had anticipated at a very reasonable price. No hard sell...just facts and options. Much appreciated. He finished quicker than I had anticipated and left the area cleaner than he found it. Only thing that would have made this experience better is if it had been free. Totally pleased, totally recommend Precision and totally suggest you ask for Chris Daughtery to do your work.

Chris and Jason were here today to repair a garage door that was not going all the way down. They quickly identified the problem with the cables, and got it working correctly again! Best news they gave me was that the repair was under warranty, so no cost to me today! Great service and a quick response to my call. Thank you!!

My torsion spring broke overnight and I woke up to a garage door that wouldn't budge. Called Precision Overhead Garage Doors and they had Kevin out fast. He was polite, walked me through what he was doing, and had it done quickly. The surprise was how quiet the door is now. I had no idea how loud the old setup had gotten until it wasn't. You get used to things. Nobody enjoys spending money on a repair. If I had to, I'm glad it was with these guys.

I called on a Saturday and they had someone out Monday morning which was amazing. Chris was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything very well and gave me the information but didn’t push me to make a certain decision. He did the assessment and fixed the issue all in the same morning. Highly recommend this company.

Call Precision at 2:30 afternoon on a Thursday with a garage door opener not working. Previous call to another company said they could not come out until the following Monday which did not work with our schedule. Precision was able to schedule a visit with a 2-hour window, also saying that they have parts on the truck to make the repair. Showed up about 4:30 and saw the concern, talked over the quote, and with approval he got to work. He said it would take about 45 minus to an hour, and he was right. New opener looks great and works great as well. My hat is off to Precision, great work by all your company's employees. Person taking my call to the technician who did the work. Would use you again Thanks Randy
