Had a very good experience with this company. Garage door spring broke Friday night, when I called, I didn't have to leave a message and appointment was made for Saturday morning. Our tech was Kevin and he was wonderful! Courteous, professional, knowledgeable and did a great job.

Called when they were on their way. Keon arrived right on time started working on removing my old garage door.He was very polite and answered my questions.Had a new garage door and motor put in.When done Keon worked with me on how everything worked.But also pointed out one of my garage door panels was damaged. But he had already taken care of it . Had called the office and had them order other one.Very happy with my new door amazed how quite it is . Loved the warranty Precision Door offered.Everyone I talked to were super nice.Thanks Jonathan Griffey for your help on picking the right door and color.

Even though BBB gave Precision an A+ rating, I was hesitant on calling them as the BBB address given was in Franklin, Ohio and I lived on the west side of Hamilton County. However, I saw Precision's advertisement on t.v. and gave them a call. From start to finish, I was very impressed. Chris and Chris were very prompt, professional, courteous, and respectful and gave me their analysis of my problem. They were also willing to look at another garage door on which I had concerns because it was older than the one that broke. They shared several prices with me and after my decision, they were able to replace all the moving parts, motors, and remotes on both doors in the same afternoon. The website was easy to use, and the people from my initial call to the very finish, gave me total confidence in Precision's skill set. After Chris and Chris completed the installation, they were great in explaining and demonstrating how the remotes, keypads, and everything worked. They allowed me to practice on both doors before they left, they answered all my questions, and they left both garages as clean as when they arrived. I was very impressed!
