Lightning took out one of our openers. Precision Garage Door took my call on a Sunday morning, had a truck at our house by 11AM. Kevin (installer) was professional, courteous and answered all of our questions. Since our house is 18 years old and everything was pretty much near the end of useful life (openers, springs, cables, rollers) we ended up replacing the works. Not cheap, but now we have peace of mind that we can expect reliable operation and service for years to come. Also the new openers have camera's built in, and a new security protocol to reduce risk of hackers opening the doors. The whole job was done by 3PM.

I had a great experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Repair. Our garage door broke unexpectedly, and they had someone out within 48 hours (it could have been even sooner, but I had scheduling conflicts). The technician was friendly, professional, and arrived right on time. He explained everything clearly and provided three repair options at different price points without any pressure. Once we made our decision, he completed the repair the same day in under two hours. The service was efficient. It wasn't the cheapest repair, but it was absolutely worth the price for the service and peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service. I called on a Tuesday, and on Wednesday, my tech, Jimmy Schmidt, arrived as scheduled at 10 am. I had three fairly old wood garage doors, all with varying repair needs. He took the time to educate me on all parts and options. I asked Jimmy to break his quote down several ways, and in 15 minutes, he gave me several options. I was able to decide immediately what made sense for me regarding springs, rollers, and operators. I absolutely love the technology of the keypads and the aesthetics of the LED contemporary light on the Liftmaster operator. Especially helpful for my schedule, the assistance of additional techs allowed the entire project to be completed by mid-afternoon.

Marley is a nice young man who did a good job, He explained the options well (said we needed new springs for our doors) He didn't pressure us and got the work done within a reasonable time. (springs and seals on the bottom of the garage doors)

This is my 3rd time using Precision Door Service. My daughters door would not go up so I emailed Precision at 7 o’clock in the morning. Got a call at 8 from them to let me know a technician could come out between 8 and 10. 15 minutes later Geoffrey calls and says he can be there in 30 minutes. He checked everything and gave me 3 options, Good, Better, Best. I chose to do a complete repair (Best) which included everything except the door and rail system. The work was completed in a couple hours. Geoff explained everything and showed how to use the system. I am more than satisfied will continue to use Precision Doors. Chris Woods, the technician, was incredibly professional. He informed me of his arrival time, which was a great help. Upon his arrival, he quickly gathered some information from me and took some measurements of the door. He was completely transparent about discussing the written quote, the necessary repairs, the expected door look, and the parts involved, and he also provided an estimated completion time. I was thoroughly pleased with his service and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his expertise.

Technician was very friendly and thorough. He went over every option and wasn’t too pushy when explaining it to me after my decision. They were very good about communicating and was on time and very quick with the repair. The only reason I didn’t give a five star was because I thought the price was a little high but it was worth it with the service they provided. I would definitely use them again

I can't stress how good Geoff from Precision was. Called on his way, even offered to grab me a coffee, showed up on time, walked me thru what he was going to do and how long it would take. Afterwards, presented various options and solutions for both the short and long term.
