My garage door wouldn't open so I called Precision Garage Door Service at 8:15am this morning and they said they would have a service person to our house by noon. Kevin arrived at 11am and said he would have to install a new door opener and he was finished by 1pm! Many thanks to everyone at Precision and especially Kevin! Came out to a busted spring and needed whole system replaced. Tech was great and they came out within an hour on Sunday morning, Mother’s Day. Everything looks and works great. Wish I was a bit more diligent looking at pricing because it seems even with it being a holiday Sunday, most sources are saying I overpaid nearly $750-$1000. Great, speedy service and awesome tech overall.

Harley Carter was our technician. He very clearly explained the 3 choices of coverage for the door and then told us what he needed to do. He then began working on the door and was soon finished; he began telling us what was broken and needed .to be replaced. We were given explanations of how everything worked and answered any questions that we had. kyle showed up on time, worked quickly. He was very polite, professional. Our garage door opener stopped working. The very next day Brandon came out and gave us three very specific options on how to fix or replace our older model of garage door opener. It was a no pressure transaction. We weighed our options and he completed the entire job that day. We did get top of the line and it does come with lots of bells and whistles, but we had the option of more conservative choices. We are very happy we called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

Chris did an amazing job. He responded the same day we called. Inspected our garage and quickly laid out several options for our repair/replacement. Itemized those options so we could pick the one that best worked for us and our budget. He quickly finish all the install and repair work that day. Precision Garage Door Service - We called Precision on May 5 and spoke to a person who had notes on our previous experience with them in March. I told them about our current problem with the door operating issues with opening and closure. They immediately scheduled a service provider to come the next day, May 6. Chris Daughtery, our service provider, provided excellent, professional service in a friendly kind way showing much concern and desire to fully fix the problem we had with our garage door operation. He fully identified the problem immediately and was able to fix it within 15 minutes. Our garage door now operates excellently. The overall experience with Chris was great, and he was so very kind, friendly and caring. The torsion spring broke on my garage door. I called several other garage door companies and was not able to get a prompt repair scheduled.
