Tech Brian Hauser visited my home on 6/5/24. I agreed to have him return on 6/8 in the AM to complete the install. He rang me & stated that he would call me again when he was 30 minutes away from my home. As of 2pm-ish I called to get a status. I was hung up on 4 times before I could reach anyone (ANNOYING). Once I reached an agent, he advised that my install was cancelled twice on 6/5 & transferred my call to Karen. Karen saw exactly that the prior gentlemen saw & asked if she could investigate & call me back. She did & advised that Brian would have to work after 5pm & I advised that this is NOT what I agreed to. I had plans after work & the garage should have been finished hours ago. Now I understand why Brian was begging me to give him a score of 5 (which was the focus of how he makes his bonus & to expect excellent service. I NEVER SUBMIT REVIEWS UNTIL THE WORK IS FINISHED. PERIOD!!!! So far, I'm giving 1 star if I could give a 1/2 star I would. My time was wasted waiting on the tech & no follow up calls were ever made to me I had to call Precision. This is NOT good customer service. If my install isn't completed on the morning of 6/10/24. I will request a refund of my down payment. My previous experience with Precision was excellent this one is AWFUL!!! To date NO services has been performed!!

We highly recommend this business. We were very impressed with John's professionalism. Not only was his product knowledge and service outstanding, he was very friendly and explained everything with details that we could easily understand. The pricing is fair and transparent, and John offered options to fit any budget. The product quality and service exceeded our expectations. We have multi garages and although we only planned to have one door serviced, John offered options for upgrading and replacing two older doors on a different garage. We could not be more pleased, and look forward to seeing John in the near future for the additional install.

I received absolutely amazing service from the lady (Latoya?) who answered the phone yesterday to Justin, who did my service today. I was so grateful for his honesty. He text me and called me to tell me when he would be here. He was very courteous and patient. Justin was knowledgeable and explained every step to me. I actually only did what was under warranty, and I really appreciated him, telling me all the options and his honesty. my garage door was put up in 2020 I believe by precision garage door. Interestingly enough, you were the only one who answered the phone and the service was amazing then I'll definitely be promoting you in my neighborhood friends and family. Thanks Justin! You've got a gem employee there.

I was very impressed by the response and service of Justin Naiperala and Precision. I scheduled on line on Sunday night as the springs on our door broke. Justin called and checked in and let me know that he was finishing up a job and would call me when in his way. He called and was running early and it worked out great for my schedule. He explained everything to me and made sure I had everything I needed to make an informed decision. I really appreciate the excellence service and knowledge of Justin and Precision. Technicians were professional and helpful. They explained everything they found as a problem with my garage and provided me with three options to solve the problem. They kept me informed as to what was being done and upon completion of the job thoroughly explained what had been completed. They were quick to help me set up my new keypad, remote in my car and the app for my phone. They also showed me all of the new parts that had been installed and answered any questions I had. I was extremely pleased with this service and the technicians and would highly recommend Precision Door.

I had an emergency this morning with my garage door (broken cable) and was able to schedule on line for an appointment within 2 hours. Being a holiday weekend, two other Garage Door companies had offered me only appointments on Tuesday four days from now. Justin showed up on time and after examining all 3 Garage doors including the broken one, offered clear choices for repair/upgrade. The work was done efficiently. Brian came for a time to help. I am very pleased with the whole process and Justin. Would recommend this company whole heartedly!

Our garage door was opening by itself sporadically during the week. We thought we were accidentally doing it until it opened at 1 am and 4 am. I called Precision based on a commercial I saw recently. Then read reviews and nothing alarming stood out. I was very impressed with the service and guidance provided. I was given options as to how fix my problem and to do preventative measures if interested. (I was) I was and am very pleased with the outcome. We can't even here the garage door open anymore! Who knew!!!! Would highly recommend. Service was prompt and reasonably priced.
