Geoffrey Grouse at Precision Garage Door is outstanding. My spring snapped and the rollers were shot — completely stuck. Geoffrey arrived the same day I called, diagnosed everything quickly, and walked me through exactly what needed to be fixed with zero sales pressure. He had all the parts on hand, knocked out the spring and roller replacement efficiently, and the door runs smoother and quieter than it has in years. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely respectful of your time and home. Geoffrey is an absolute credit to this company — highly recommend!

Had a spring break on Friday evening, called and was impressed that I could get someone to come out on Sunday. Harley Carter first called with a window of time he would arrive and then again when he was 30 minutes away, very nice. He very polite and respectful of my house and nice to my dogs. He did his inspection and gave me several price options to fix the issue. The spring was obvious and so was the cables being broken but with his advice and knowing how everything has to come apart anyway I opted to replace the pulleys and bearings. Good thing to because they were done. Also, when he showed me the quality of the sealed bearing rollers, I opted for those as well. He quickly went to work and had it working in a short time. It wasn’t cheap but the convenience, quality of the parts, knowledge and experience of the tech was well worth it. Give Harley praise he’s one awesome guy! Thank you!

Very happy with every aspect of the interactions with Precision Garage Door’s technician Kevin O’Hara. Kevin called to let us know that he was able to arrive earlier than expected if that worked for us. He was very personable & professional as he explained the issues & the various options we had to fix our garage door opener’s problems. Kevin O'Hara, the technician sent to our home, first, was able to move our appointment to an earlier time, which was outstanding since it was Sunday. Second, he was immediately able to find the issue of the service call. This issue was covered under our warranty. It's rare in this day and age to find a company to provide service on Sunday, come early, send a true professional, such as Kevin, complete the job to perfection and have a warranty cover all charges. Precision Garage should be your go to company should you have a need. Ask for Kevin O'Hara he'll not let you down.

David Eilers was punctual, knew his doors and completed the repairs in a timely fashion. It wasnt until I looked at the detailed receipt on my home computer I noticed the new rollers,10each at 24.95 totaling 249.50. I do not remember him asking if we wanted those and do not believe we needed them. Got my original invoice from AE door (2016) ;and the cost of the repairs today exceeded the total cost of the new door including installation. I am aware prices have gone up greatly in 10 years-however-due to the cost I would not contact your company again.

The young man did a good job on the installation of my garage doors how he disconnected the light switch or he moved it and I haven't been able to find it to get the lights working again. Other than that, I'm very happy with the job he did, the doors look great and they are working fine.

Came home to find broken garage door spring. Called Precision and they had a tech out within a few hours. Tech inspected everything and quoted repairs. I authorized him to replace springs, bearings, cables, and drums. Chris got right to work and had everything replaced in about 90 min. Very happy with quick response and repairs. Everyone i delt with were very nice.

Precision Garage Door Company sent Geoffrey Grouse, a technician, to my home within an hour of my phone call. I had a very old opener that stopped working. Jeff explained what caused the problem and the recommended options and price points with no sales pressure. I had all the moving parts replaced, including the spring and a new belt driven closer. It is very quiet and much safer. I am completely satisfied with my experience dealing with Precision Door, Geoffrey Grouse, the technician, and I highly recommend them!

One of the springs for our garage door broke over the weekend. We had worked with another company in the past to install our system and replace springs but they were not open on the weekend so I called Precision. They came out on a Sunday to look at our broken spring and promptly found several thousand dollars worth of problems with our unit. Throughout the entire interaction with the service tech, I felt as if I was being sold things that I did not need. He proceeded to drop the prices several times in order to try to get my business even applying a discount to the price that didn't even apply to me. I told him that we would pass on all of these options. On Monday morning, I called the company that normally works on our garage door. They came out the next day and inspected our unit. They were quick to tell me that there is no need to replace our motor until it dies completely and that if we did need to replace it they could do so for a FRACTION of the price that Precision was quoting me. He replaced the springs and several other parts that showed wear. He greased and lubed everything. Our door has not worked as well at is does not for years. And, our regular company did everything for under $500! I felt like their technician was being honest and upfront with me. He never tried to sell me anything. I will certainly continue working with them in the future. I will not be calling Precision again and I strongly recommend against anyone else doing so either.

My experience with this company was excellent, beginning with the upfront call to set up the appointment to the end of the repair visit. All parties involved were very professional. The plans were explained to me with no pressure to buy one over the other; I got to choose what was best for my circumstances. I was shown what the issues were, and after the repairs were made, was shown where the repairs were made and the additional items I received. I am definitely pleased with a much brighter light for my garage and the sensor lights. Overall, I am happy with this experience, this company, and very happy to recommend them.
