David Allen came to repair a broken belt on my garage door opener. He found that the cause of the broken belt was a internal problem and that allowed the door to over travel and the was causing the breakage. He gave me several options from just replacing the belt to complete opener replacement. There was no pressure to upsell me a new opener. However I knew that if there was internal problems it would happen again. So i had new opener installed. He actually had the new opener on the truck so everything was handled the same day. David actually showed me the problem area so i knew he was telling truth. I would have no problem recommending David and the Precision Door Service to anyone looking for garage door solutions.

Your representative did a great job and made a good impression, he worked quickly and did not pressure us to buy any extras, however, he did neglect to tell me about the $45 off coupon on your website. That extra money could have come in handy. If he would have mentioned it I would have been even more impressed.

My door spring broke so I couldn’t open door. It’s Saturday and needed to get car out. I called overhead door company who had installed door when House was built. They told me it was a 340 dollar service fee to respond us parts and labor. Total was just under 800 bucks!!! So I called precision and 75 dollar respond fee plus parts. My total was 355 bucks !!!! My tech terry showed up 75 minutes after calling and took and hour. He replaced spring and both cables for way u see half of overhead. I’m going get new door in future and without a doubt I will use precision.
