I called Precision Garage Doors to replace my garage doors' broken spring. They advertised same day service, but I didn't get that. However, they sent me an excellent technician and I am very pleased and satisfied with the work done. The technician, Will Izera, did an outstanding job. He was professional, personable, and pleasant to talk to. I felt comfortable having him in my home and I really enjoyed talking with him as he worked. I don't know much about garage doors, springs, and openers but Will made what he was doing look easy. He explained the parts, the mechanical workings of the door and the options Precision Garage Doors could offer me. Since I had never had my garage door serviced since I had it installed in the 1990's, I chose to have a complete overhaul of the door. Before Will's overhaul, my garage door would squeak, click, and make a popping noise when it opened or closed. After the overhaul, my garage door is operating as smoothly and quietly as if it was brand new. I am very pleased with the service and really impressed with my technician, Will Izera. He is quite a young man. As a side note, Will has convinced me of the value of getting a smartphone. I'm an elderly retiree and have never saw the need to own a smartphone. Wil explained the advantages of being able to control my garage door, and other devises, with various smartphone applications. He made a lot of sense to me, and I now feel like I'm ready to take the smartphone plunge. Thanks Will!

Picked because of Overhead Door recognition factor. Had new springs put on by Brian. He was polite and knowledgeable, called before hand to let us know his arrival time and was spot on. His work ethic was great and was finished very quickly with explanation for what he needed to do and what parts needed replaced to do it correctly. Great guy and did not want to cut corners.

I chose Precision because the maintenance phone number was on a lable of my door opener installed before I bought the property. I Googled for reviews and was pleased. Still, one never knows if these reviews are true. Beginning with the bio introduction and photo of Will, the tech who was to keep the appointment, to the completion of the repair, I'm sorry I couldn't give 10 stars to my review. Courtesy, respect, knowledge, over and above performance is high on the list for this rating. If Will is a true representative, you have a quality company to be trusted. Don't ever lose him.

Repair tech Tanner was early for the appointment and called to confirm this would be OK. He provided multiple service options and explained not only the options/what was included but also other reccomended preventative maintenance. He went through the breakdown top to bottom so I understood what happened and repaired the door quickly. A+ service!
