Technicians were professional and helpful. They explained everything they found as a problem with my garage and provided me with three options to solve the problem. They kept me informed as to what was being done and upon completion of the job thoroughly explained what had been completed. They were quick to help me set up my new keypad, remote in my car and the app for my phone. They also showed me all of the new parts that had been installed and answered any questions I had. Precision is a very professional organization, from the scheduler who takes your original call and notes all pertinent information and documents it in writing. I received a confirmation via text that my technician would be Jonathan and it included his picture and a brief bio. He was very amiable, knowledgeable and skilled. The work was completed quickly with very high quality components. You get what you pay for, so their fees are expensive, but, in my opinion, they're worth it.

The first service person I think was confused. He walked around a lot with IPAD in hand and seemed to be talking to someone with ear piece and a hidden mike. After an hour of pacing he put in a new spring above the front of the garage door. A nice young fellow but appeared lost with the mechanical issues. Johnathan, who came the next day, knew what he had to do and got right to work. He replaced and installed the new parts of the operator and its parts immediately. This took some time and he gave it a great effort. I was impressed with his workmanship. He is a wonderful worker.

Dave and Jon/Jonathan arrived to check out why our garage door was not fully closing. They were personable and friendly, as well and efficient, fixing the door quickly. And since the door was still under warrantee---no charge.

Because of the snow, my garage door was stuck to the ground when I tried to open it, and it made a loud cracking sound. I saw a metal brace hanging and thought that it had just come loose. When your man came and checked, he said after questioning me about the number of times I opened it each day, how old it was; that it needed new cables and the cheapest estimate was 683.00 to make it useable and to repair over 800.00. We needed to just open the door to get the car out and would decide about the repairs the next day, since we had a doctor's appointment the following day. We paid 105.00 for the service call. We called another repair shop, Mike's, and the man arrived within the hour and told me that the metal brace that I had shown your person, had popped loose and just needed to be screwed back on. He stated that my cables looked new, which they did, and that was all that was needed. There was no charge except for the service, which was $70.00. I only wish I had called them first.

I called Precision Garage Doors to replace my garage doors' broken spring. They advertised same day service, but I didn't get that. However, they sent me an excellent technician and I am very pleased and satisfied with the work done. The technician, Will Izera, did an outstanding job. He was professional, personable, and pleasant to talk to. I felt comfortable having him in my home and I really enjoyed talking with him as he worked. I don't know much about garage doors, springs, and openers but Will made what he was doing look easy. He explained the parts, the mechanical workings of the door and the options Precision Garage Doors could offer me. Since I had never had my garage door serviced since I had it installed in the 1990's, I chose to have a complete overhaul of the door. Before Will's overhaul, my garage door would squeak, click, and make a popping noise when it opened or closed. After the overhaul, my garage door is operating as smoothly and quietly as if it was brand new. I am very pleased with the service and really impressed with my technician, Will Izera. He is quite a young man. As a side note, Will has convinced me of the value of getting a smartphone. I'm an elderly retiree and have never saw the need to own a smartphone. Wil explained the advantages of being able to control my garage door, and other devises, with various smartphone applications. He made a lot of sense to me, and I now feel like I'm ready to take the smartphone plunge. Thanks Will!

Picked because of Overhead Door recognition factor. Had new springs put on by Brian. He was polite and knowledgeable, called before hand to let us know his arrival time and was spot on. His work ethic was great and was finished very quickly with explanation for what he needed to do and what parts needed replaced to do it correctly. Great guy and did not want to cut corners.

I chose Precision because the maintenance phone number was on a lable of my door opener installed before I bought the property. I Googled for reviews and was pleased. Still, one never knows if these reviews are true. Beginning with the bio introduction and photo of Will, the tech who was to keep the appointment, to the completion of the repair, I'm sorry I couldn't give 10 stars to my review. Courtesy, respect, knowledge, over and above performance is high on the list for this rating. If Will is a true representative, you have a quality company to be trusted. Don't ever lose him.

Repair tech Tanner was early for the appointment and called to confirm this would be OK. He provided multiple service options and explained not only the options/what was included but also other reccomended preventative maintenance. He went through the breakdown top to bottom so I understood what happened and repaired the door quickly. A+ service!

I used Home Advisor to find you. I liked how quick and easy it was to book an appointment. The technician was on time, very personable and explained what he was doing to fix the door and what caused the problem.
