I made a mistake by calling you. Your $1,500 scam didn't work. I had a sagging chain that needed to be fixed. Your guy spent an hour taking everything apart before telling me it would cost $1,500 to fix the problem without ever telling me about the chain. Another company came, the guy looked at it, told me the problem and cost and was gone in less than 30 minutes. Cost less than 1/5 of your quote. So, I am out $145 which I paid you for the scam. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau about the scam and then posting my review on Facebook to my 1,000+ friends. I will await your call to refund my money before I take action.

I called Thursday afternoon with a broken cable. I was given an appointment for Friday morning. Our technician was Christopher Woods. Chris called us early Friday to confirm. Called us again within 30 minutes of arrival. Could not have asked for a better technician. He was so polite, clean, friendly but most importantly, Chris knew his job. Would definitely want him back if further work was needed!

I contacted this company to repair one of my openers. The technician was not able to reset my limit switch, but offered to sell me a new opener. That cost me $150.00 for that visit that resolved nothing. Afterwards I contacted PDQ to make necessary repairs. The PDQ technician showed up and approximately 15 minutes later the opener was functioning properly and he lubricated the rollers, hinges and spring, which this company did not do during the inspection of a door that was only 9 years old. He then showed me how to reset the limit switch for future reference if any 3 of the door openers malfunctioned. The opener did not need replaced but simply the electronic limit needed to be reset, which is a simple procedure handled through the back panel of the opener. Lesson learned? If the company didn't sell the opener don't expect them to service it, but want to replace it with their opener brand costing the customer exceedingly more than necessary.

I tried to call another company to come repair a broken spring. They were not able to make it out for 5 days. I remembered seeing a commercial for Precision and figured I would give them a call. They were able to come out the following morning. I was given an estimated time of arrival between 10 and 12. The technician Christopher called me at 9:00 to tell me he was finishing up his first job and would be heading my way. At 9:30 he called to say he was on his way after stopping for fuel. Christopher even offered to pick a coffee up for me. Upon arrival he took time to discuss not only the issue with the broken spring but overall function of the door, opener and second garage door as well. After our discussion I decided to address a few other maintenance items. The work was completed beyond my expectations. Christopher’s knowledge, attention to detail and customer service focused approach was second to none. It really was refreshing to have such a positive customer service experience. I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for garage door service.

Our garage door spring broke unexpectedly leaving us with one car stuck in the garage. I looked at several garage door repairs companies online information and Precision listed quick response, a BBB score of A (confirmed online) and multiple customer review of high satisfaction. The reviews listed people from our local area and I even saw the name of someone I knew who gave a glowing review. Our service agent was Chris. He did an excellent job of explaining the condition of our door opener as well as the obvious broken spring. We were given options of services we could have done from necessary to other update options. He performed the repairs well and showed us how the new garage door opener we chose worked.

My garage door opener system was not working properly. I went online and searched companies and called Precision. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. I was called back several times as reminder for the appointment and Chris, the technician, called a couple of times to keep me informed as to his arrival from his previous job. It was late Friday night, but he assured me he would arrive to troubleshoot the problem. He came and diagnosed the issue. He spent time with me going over the possible solutions and questions I had. He emailed the entire set of estimates for me to consider. He was courteous, polite, helpful. I paid the service charge and was reminded that if I choose Precision to install a new garage door opener system, that the fee would be applied to the cost of the installation. I was pleased with the service call and I will determine which system would be best for our garage door. I was happy with this initial consultation service call.
