A full explanation was given before work was started. Questions were answered before and during installation. Used parts were shown to me and I was able to see what caused the breakdown of the door. Work site was cleaned and returned to normal. Would definitely recommend to my friends. The technician was very polite, very courteous and very knowledgeable. Called to have a door wheel and bracket put back on. Came out and quoted me an outrageous price of $1355 to fix it. I told him I wasnt paying that much for a wheel and a brace and 30 minutes of work and he charged me a $150 service fee. All he did was come out and take a look and then ripped me off for $150. AE door did it for $211 and my garage door works fine now. I want my money back. Ripped off

I was very happy with the work that was done. Christopher was my tech and he was courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. He was on time and attended to the issue promptly. He was delightful to work with. My only reason for not giving a 5 star rating, was that when I made the reservation I was unable to receive any idea what the work might cost. I needed the large battery in the garage door opener replaced and it was not listed in their computer. It was not until the battery was being installed that I found out how much the work would cost. Luckily, it was very reasonable. But that information needed to be in the computer
