He asked me a number of questions at the outset to determine my historical use, preferences and specifics concerning my garage door opener. Our garage door spring broke unexpectedly leaving us with one car stuck in the garage. I looked at several garage door repairs companies online information and Precision listed quick response, a BBB score of A (confirmed online) and multiple customer review of high satisfaction. The reviews listed people from our local area and I even saw the name of someone I knew who gave a glowing review. Our service agent was Chris. He did an excellent job of explaining the condition of our door opener as well as the obvious broken spring. We were given options of services we could have done from necessary to other update options. He performed the repairs well and showed us how the new garage door opener we chose worked.

Christopher was very professional and friendly. He did a gray job of explaining to me his process and explaining the options available. The job took longer than expected due to the age of my house. However he also took the time to help me program the MyQ app and program the keypad. I was very pleased with the service provided.
