Service technician: Christopher Woods. Timely arrival, clear and concise explanation of service options, and swift completion of stated work characterized this visit. I purchased multiple products (including springs, rollers, cables, and garage door opener) to repair an erratically functioning door opener. The total cost was far in excess of what I anticipated. However, this was an investment in a functional system under warranty.

Chris Woods did a great job explaining what needed to be replaced on both our garage doors. We actually had an emergency where my garage door would not open because the spring was broken. Precision came the same day too. We wound up having Chris replace the worn out parts of both garage doors. Great service, thank you!

We've had many service people over the years but this, by far, has been the best experience ever. It started when I first called and was greeted by the pleasant service call receptionist who took down all the information then scheduled a time. Next was a call from the driver mentioning he could be early, then mentioned he had to stop and get gas first and wanted to know if he could pick up a drink for me while he was there. When he showed up he was friendly and personable and soft spoken. Then preceded to trouble shoot the GDO, pointing out what was wrong and offered to find a replacement at a good price. At no time was money discussed till we decided to replace the defective opener we had called about. We were blown away how reasonable it was. He removed the old and replaced with new in no time and cleaned up everything even programming our van to work with the new opener. I would recommend Precision GD anytime. Glad we chose them. 180 from the first company I called and decided not to use.

Chris came from Precision to repair my door. He called me and kept me updated on when he would arrive. I was so impressed with this young man! He polite, professional, dressed professionally. Christopher did a superb job resolving my issue. He was on time, called ahead, and even offered to bring me a snack from his gas station stop on the way to my house. I have never had anyone ask me that before. Extremely professional. Not sure how you got Christopher to join your team but if I were you, I would do whatever it takes to keep him and start as soon as you can to groom him for a leadership role in your company. “He’s got management written all over him.”

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was quick to respond to my request. Thank you for that! Both company and the professional did a good job. Saying that, be aware that the prices recently has skyrocketed. If you are like me (relying on others to do your job), it would be worth to shop around (if you can) just to get an idea of the market prices.

Precision employee Chris was here as scheduled. Very nice and very knowledgeable as to the problem with our overhead garage door. He took the time to present several options to repair the door. Was clear and precise. Door repaired in about an hour. Chris explained fully what he installed and how to use it. Absolutely would have Precision back (and hope it's Chris!)

Chris was so prompt for garage service. He called me when he was on his way, and offered to get me a drink at the gas station during re fuel. He explained a good, better, best scenario and helped us figure out what would be best for our garage based on the priority issues. Chris came out to the house and took a look at the garage door that was no longer opening. I told him my concerns with the door and what happened and he was quick to share his expertise, conducted an inspection and then shared his findings. He invited me to take a look for myself and also provided pictures of what he was explaining to me. He then provided several different options on how fixing the door could be approached and there was no pressure to purchase. I went with a middle of the road approach and we had new springs and rollers installed. The door functions as it should and my wife even noted how quiet the door is when opening and closing now. When we decide to replace the motor and possibly add a new door, we will definitely be calling Precision again. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, prompt and just a good dude all the way around.
