I chose this company, why because I always look at reviews and comments. They were all 5.0. We were lucky enough to get Chris as our service tech. I called within 1.5 hours + or -. Chris reached out and was at our home. He observed my reason for calling. Went through all safety side of quote. Explained each one. But not so much you got overwhelmed or did not understand. Chris is an absolute amazing tech. Conscientious, well spoken. Amazing person. Choose this company you will not be sorry. They give Veteran discount. I have to say this Chris had to get gas and he asked if he could bring us a soda. Who does that. This is what makes this company so great. The Lowe's

The service technician, Christopher Woods, was excellent. Extremely nice and informative. He gave me all the options on repair or replace. I chose to repair and he was fast and efficient. Cleaned up any mess and took broken parts with him. I would recommend Precision to family and friends. The only thing the company should change is the charge to credit card users. Most people are using a credit card so either build the cost into the charge or don't charge it. This seems unprofessional to me.

Chris Woods arrived early for the appointment and explained everything very thoroughly. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. After we reviewed the various service options, he replaced the mechanical parts of my garage door that were worn and deteriorating. Everything works and sounds much better now. Chris did a great job and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and polite.

Precision Garage Door Service was excellent in resolving our garage door issues. Our door has been making loud noises for quite some time. We weren't sure what our issues were as we have had it "serviced" by another door company and evidently they didn't fix our problems at all. Christopher with Precision was excellent to work with and professional and neat and cleaned up when finished. We had to replace more than we anticipated, but well worth the price. The door is operating much quieter than ever and Christopher helped us program the car remotes and explained everything to our satisfaction including the MyQ app installation.

We were very impressed by the professionalism and expertise that were demonstrated during this job. We completed an online inquiry, after a quick google search indicated rave reviews for Precision, and received service the same day. Chris, our assigned technician, called to make sure that the time frame chosen worked for us, let us know his estimated arrival, and sent us a bio with a picture so that we knew who to expect. He worked quickly and efficiently, making sure we understood all of our options and felt comfortable with the process. We went from having zero working garage doors to two working doors with updated systems and features within a matter of a few hours. Chris made sure to walk us through all the ins and outs of our new system before leaving and left his work space cleaner than when he arrived. We can’t recommend this company enough!

Called for a spring repair. Understood service call would require payment. However the repairman was a salesman as well and upsold unnecessary items on a 4 year old door. Only wanted spring replaced but options started at over $1000. Not at all what I was looking for. Be prepared for more conversation and selling than you should have to deal with.

I have one word that sums up my experience with Precision Garage Door is "Professionalism". At every step of the process, from talking to the person who set up my appointment to the technician telling me Mr. Peagler your garage door is ready after only a few hours of work under some brutally cold outside weather conditions. I was very impressed. My garage door system was about 30 years old and I new I was going to have to do something with it in the coming year. The technician who did the work was Christopher Woods. Chris is very nice and has a easy going personality and very technically adapt making you feel comfortable that the work will be done right the first time. After our initial meeting, he did an assessment of my situation and came back with 3 options "Good", "Better" and "Best". Based what I had saw from the company and Chris, I took the "Best" option. Chris 's work was excellent and that is why I am rating my experience Precision Garage Door 5 star's. Thank You!

My garage door opener system was not working properly. I went online and searched companies and called Precision. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. I was called back several times as reminder for the appointment and Chris, the technician, called a couple of times to keep me informed as to his arrival from his previous job. It was late Friday night, but he assured me he would arrive to troubleshoot the problem. He came and diagnosed the issue. He spent time with me going over the possible solutions and questions I had. He emailed the entire set of estimates for me to consider. He was courteous, polite, helpful. I paid the service charge and was reminded that if I choose Precision to install a new garage door opener system, that the fee would be applied to the cost of the installation. I was pleased with the service call and I will determine which system would be best for our garage door. I was happy with this initial consultation service call.

I made a mistake by calling you. Your $1,500 scam didn't work. I had a sagging chain that needed to be fixed. Your guy spent an hour taking everything apart before telling me it would cost $1,500 to fix the problem without ever telling me about the chain. Another company came, the guy looked at it, told me the problem and cost and was gone in less than 30 minutes. Cost less than 1/5 of your quote. So, I am out $145 which I paid you for the scam. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau about the scam and then posting my review on Facebook to my 1,000+ friends. I will await your call to refund my money before I take action.
