We really appreciate the promptness of coming to repair our garage door. Our phone call was answered quickly and the representative answering was courteous and scheduled someone to come out that afternoon. Dave, the technician who did the necessary repairs was very professional and courteous. He took time to examine the door and then provided detailed information about needed repairs. He was at our home for about 4 hours working diligently to do the necessary work and even took time to set up remote controls from the car and keypad. If We could give more than 5 stars, we would! Thank you for your excellent service.

Tried to sell us a new opener stating no parts available for current model, said our spring was broken and new rollers needed. Quoted $2400+ dollars for all of it. Called another company, they repaired current opener and adjusted the tension on the spring. Total was $255. Deceptive business practices. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

This is the second time I have called you for service. I backed into my door some time ago and the technician came and fixed it so we can get a little more time before we have to completely replace it, which is an expensive proposition right now. He gave us quotes to replace so we can begin to save, and we will call you when that time comes.

The response time was fast and the Technician who arrived for the initial analysis / quote was very informative. Once we agreed to the terms for the garage door we wanted, they didn’t waste and time as the door was ordered right away, which arrived a few weeks later. I was contacted right away to schedule the install and it didn’t take long for the installation to be completed, which looks great and I am totally satisfied. The door comes with a great service guarantee / warranty and so far the customer service has been excellent. I highly recommend Precision Door.

I was very impressed by the response and service of Justin Naiperala and Precision. I scheduled on line on Sunday night as the springs on our door broke. Justin called and checked in and let me know that he was finishing up a job and would call me when in his way. He called and was running early and it worked out great for my schedule. He explained everything to me and made sure I had everything I needed to make an informed decision. I really appreciate the excellence service and knowledge of Justin and Precision. Service was PROMPT and Professional. Technician, David Allen, was GREAT. He went over and above. I was very pleased with his work, knowledge and service. My only concern was the extreme difference between opener prices that could be purchased at a local big box store and the completed price through Precision - $1,200 difference. If I would have realized that, I probably would have installed a top-of-the-line new one myself. However, I do appreciate the professional installation and the warranty promise through David’s work.

If you want the best, call Precision Overhead Garage Door Services! Technician, David, did an awesome job installing my new Garage door Opener. He also found and replaced some incorrect wiring that was connected to my old garage door opener making it safer. Left the work area clean and neat. We came home from vacation to find a broken garage door spring. I called ( on Memorial Day) to get an appointment. Amazingly I got scheduled for the next day ( today) in the morning. David arrived on time and was most courteous. He offered several options for the repair. Our equipment was pretty worn out and David repaired and replaced what was needed and was done quickly. I would certainly recommend Precision and David. It’s not often these days to find this level of service.
