David kept me informed of when he would be here, showed up when he said he would, explained our options, and took our order for two new doors and garage door openers. I called Precision this time, because of our good experience the last time we needed service, which, coincidently, was also performed by David. David gave me some advice for temporarily repairing the door, until the new doors could be procured/installed.

David was very down to earth, super friendly, and not very salesy! Enjoyed talking with him about the current door issues and new door options including color, insulation, and style. He took just about 1.5 hours discussing options and pricing. Very trustworthy!

It was same day service with a technician named David. He did a thorough inspection with me and explained all issues, and answered all my questions. He explained all options with price upfront . His expertise and work ethic was much appreciated. The system I chose was by far better than what was there and has a lifetime warranty.

Great service, Technician Kevin was polite and professional. He did a great job showing us the issues found as well as providing several options for repair with different price points depending on how fancy you wanted to get and what our needs were. The door springs were replaced as well as the opener and many other parts and it only took about 90 minutes and we were up and running smoother than ever. I would highly recommend this company if you’re having garage door issues.

I looked up garage door repair online and I wanted to find one somewhat close by. I had used a different company in the past but they were apparently having issues with their employees so I decided to find someone new. I was completely surprised to not only talk to a real person on the phone, but to set up an appointment for someone to come to my house the very same day!! I was already impressed. Then the technician, Chris Daughtery arrived and I was doubly impressed. He was so helpful, informative, and personable…explaining everything in easy-to-understand terms. I am so glad I picked this company. I feel like I’m in good hands.

I highly recommend this Chris for garage door repair services. He replaced broken springs and the bearing assembly on my garage door quickly and professionally. He was extremely prompt—arriving slightly ahead of schedule—which was especially important since the spring failure had effectively barricaded my vehicles inside the garage. His responsiveness and respect for timing made a stressful situation much easier to manage. The work itself was completed efficiently and with clear expertise. The door is now operating smoothly and quietly, and everything was left clean and in good order. Overall, excellent service, strong technical capability, and dependable follow-through. I would not hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to others.

Precision was available next day (Saturday). Their technician (Jimmy) contacted us before coming to our home as explained by the office staff. Jimmy was very professional and arrived on time. He examined the problem and offered us 3 options to repair our door. He worked in a timely manner and had all materials on his truck to complete the job.
