I had used a different company in the past but they were apparently having issues with their employees so I decided to find someone new. I was completely surprised to not only talk to a real person on the phone, but to set up an appointment for someone to come to my house the very same day!! I was already impressed. I highly recommend this Chris for garage door repair services. He replaced broken springs and the bearing assembly on my garage door quickly and professionally. He was extremely prompt—arriving slightly ahead of schedule—which was especially important since the spring failure had effectively barricaded my vehicles inside the garage. His responsiveness and respect for timing made a stressful situation much easier to manage. The work itself was completed efficiently and with clear expertise. Cleans up all the junk items and cardboard boxes when work is done.
