I had a minor problem with the keypad for one of my garage doors. Precision scheduled an appointment very quickly and exactly for the time period I requested. My technician, David Lenhardt, was quick and efficient with the repair and then did an overall check of the system and also lubricated the doors. Very pleasant young man and great to work with. Highly recommend Precision!!

The crew worked very hard on a very hot day. David, David & David were all very professional and polite! The work was done very well and in a timely manner. They took all trash and cleaned the floor before they left. Overall an excellent experience and quality work.

David was awesome, very personable. He listened to everything that I experienced with my issues. He explained every step he was doing, then was able to give me 3 options to choose from. In less than 1 hour of arrive, David had my door fix and operating like new. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Precision was quick to come out (within 2 hours) and was quick to do the repair (within 45 minutes of starting). All very good. My biggest issue is with pricing. $500 to install parts that retail for less than $150. I was told that they don't charge for labor, but that is not really true, as it is obviously built into their pricing. My other issue is that even though the only part broken was the spring, I was told that the minimum job was to replace the Spring, the bearing and the cables (tacking on about $200 for parts that retail for maybe $25). I later contacted other companies for the other garage door and got bids of $286 and $337 for the same job and could save even more by not being required to replace the bearing and cables. I was supposed to receive, by email, within 24 hours, according to the technician, warranty information. I'm still waiting. Why not provide a paper copy when the work was performed? Also the manager from Precision had emailed and was supposed to be calling me. It is now a week gone by and no phone call. Maybe before going with Precision, contact some other companies first to get a fair price. That's my suggestion.

We are new to Cincinnati. The garage doors on our new home were not working properly so we called Precision. David came out the next day and was able to repair both doors in a couple of hours. Now they are working well.

Brian was excellent! Exactly on time, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the twenty five year old motor and springs in about an hour and a half. It’s great to have this door work again. Very good experience. Highly recommended with a definite 5 stars.

(He called and asked permission) We had a spring broken and wanted to do some additional maintenance. We selected a rebuild with a lifetime warranty. I contacted Precision because my garage door spring broke and I couldn't open my door. They were listed as servicing Milford, so I contacted them. I talked with Amanda and she said the first appointment would be the morning of the next day, but would check with her technicians to see if they could come sooner. She advised me that I was scheduled for the next morning, but if a technician became , they would contact me. She was very pleasant and professional. I was contacted that afternoon by Brian and he stated that he was doing other jobs in my area and would be by that afternoon to look at my door. He texted my to let me know that he was on his way. He even asked if I needed him to stop on the way to get me a drink or bottle of water! I've never had a service person offer that, so I was immediately impressed. He looked at my door and offered me three options. I had him replace both springs. He took about half an hour and showed me that the door was operating properly and even lubricated the rollers and hinges before he left. I am pleased with the service that I received from everyone at Precision and would recommend them to anyonel
