Very pleased from the original service call for a broken spring. To replacing all the rollers and tuning the door. A frayed cable was missed at that time but after notifying the issued it was fixed very quickly. Fast forward to today noticed cable was frayed again and found cable rubbing mounting bracket . He asked me a number of questions at the outset to determine my historical use, preferences and specifics concerning my garage door opener. He was very cordial and personable and made the repairs in 100° heat seem routine. He completed his analysis and then showed me cost proposals, so I knew exactly what I was agreeing to. We really appreciate the promptness of coming to repair our garage door. Our phone call was answered quickly and the representative answering was courteous and scheduled someone to come out that afternoon. Dave, the technician who did the necessary repairs was very professional and courteous. He took time to examine the door and then provided detailed information about needed repairs. He was at our home for about 4 hours working diligently to do the necessary work and even took time to set up remote controls from the car and keypad. If We could give more than 5 stars, we would! Tried to sell us a new opener stating no parts available for current model, said our spring was broken and new rollers needed. Quoted $2400+ dollars for all of it. Called another company, they repaired current opener and adjusted the tension on the spring. Total was $255. Deceptive business practices. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
