So with this past power outage we tried to release the door with no luck, after the power was restored when you tried to open the garage door the motor would run but not lift. My husband had seen many commercials for Precision, so he said give them a call and of course he wants everything done yesterday. Called the office and they said they could send someone out today which made my husband very happy. Jonathan was our installer. He did a complete check of everything involved with our door; he also took pictures. He explained everything in full detail to us. We had 3 options. We chose to have everything, but the actual door replaced we knew down the line we would eventually have to replace other parts. Precision is lucky to have such a great employee working for them. He is very professional, knows his stuff, very polite and very courteous of your property. If we ever have an issue with our garage door or opener, I wouldn't hesitate to call them.

WE called and were schedualed a appointment the very next day! We got a call to say Repair man on the way. Jonathon arrived and gave the estimate to repair the broken springs . We were shocked but we need it fixed, so Jonathon proceeded to do the repair and was able to get the door opening properly . We are very happy with his work and would call again if needed. Tech was very polite and was on time. My overhead garage door springs were bad; the tech convinced me to get all new parts that support the door for “safety”. He said he was done, but the garage door still squeaked- I told him that squeak has to go, and he did some additional work. I don’t know about the cost to repair things so I’m at the mercy of the integrity of the contractor. My husband wasn’t here for the repair. So it was on me to decide. I was charged over double what I should have been charged for this job according to my husband. 1500$ for overhead springs, new rollers, drums and a cable. I read the lowest reviews on Google after the job was done and now see many complaints about extreme overpricing by Precision. I honestly thought that I had called The Overhead Door Company which my friends recommended. This number popped up in my search engine when I typed in Overhead Door. It is NOT Overhead Door. This is Overhead Garage Door- Precision. I understand companies need to make money- but this pricing feels unethical. They will say, “Your parts have a lifetime guarantee”, not worth the exorbitant cost. I can’t recommend.
