The installer was very nice but I was quoted a price on the phone for spring replacement at $240-460 and after the technician inspected all parts and take apart the door opener, he gives a estimate for $900. Another company had quoted me $365 total but couldn’t come today. So I told him that I would wait for the other company, so I got stuck with $150 bill for an inspection/service charge that I didn’t want instead of telling the price up front.

Precision Garage Door went above and beyond the service call we requested. We called them out to fix a broken spring and upon inspection of our door, found a burnt circuit board. Justin explained how detrimental this could have been to our home. Needless to say we replaced everything. I can't thank you enough for being so thorough with your inspection. The technician was on time, earlier in fact as there was a cancellation prior to our scheduled appointment. He took the time to look up prior service on this garage door performed by Precision before he came out, and was able to inform us that the spring Precision installed in 2015 was under warranty, and would be replaced at no charge. That was a pleasant surprise. The work was done efficiently, and we're satisfied with the result.

We initially called your company from an ad on tv and have heard good things about your service. We were pleasantly surprised at how quick we were given an appointment for service the next morning. Johnathan arrived and throughout fixing our door was very neat and clean and checked everything and then informed me that the circuit board was going bad but would probably last a year or two. I first thought he was trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Then after thinking about it, realized he was just giving me the facts. I decided to purchase the new opener so as to not worry about it in the future. I appreciate the service. You should be proud of Johnathan and the reputation that is portrayed.

Wonderful experience, first company I called with great reviews that could come out the quickest. Very friendly and professional service. We were given many options to choose from with the repairs that were needed. Once our new motors were installed we were walked through the set up process with both doors, keyless entry pads and the app on our phones. Dave also programmed our cars with the new remotes. Just an awesome experience all around.
