I contacted Precision yesterday morning for help with three different garage door issues I was having. They were quick to call me back and. scheduled a person to come out today. Kevin was incredibly prompt, very friendly and thorough. I had an issue with one of my keypads and, despite it being not a simple fix, he persisted and figured out a solution. I wish that every home. repair service I had to deal with was this awesome! Kudos to Kevin and Precision door.... you have been amazing! I will highly recommend you to anyone I know who has garage door issues in the future.

I called this morning about an issue with my garage door opener, we had a chain drive and it was only 2 years old. Ray came out within 1 hour from us calling and he had a new belt drive put in and it only took him an hour. I am very impressed with the service and lifetime warranty and no service fee! This belt drive is so quiet and I love it. Thanks for doing such a good job and I will definitely recommend this company for anyone needing help with their garage.

5 stars +. First, I had an appointment set for less than 24 hours from the time of my call. I was offered an appointment window the same day of my call. A text message was received prior to Terry Whites arrival including a Bio and picture; Terry arrived approximately 15 minutes later. Terry showed me the problem and explained everything that needed done, then he fixed the issue. Terry was fantastic! Highly recommend based on my experience.

Precision was awesome! I got an appointment quickly and George was the best! He was on time, explained the issues to me and my options, including answering all my questions. When he finished he showed me how to use all the pieces and cleaned up all the materials, taking them with him. I couldn't be happier! Kevin was our door technician and we are very satisfied with him and his service work. He arrived at the scheduled appointment time and even called 15 minutes before arrival to let us know when he would arrive. He looked over our situation and explained what he would do to fix it. Kevin came out initially when my garage door spring (yeah, just one) broke. We decided to get an insulated door to replace my flimsy sheet metal one and told me when he would be back to install it. Kevin always called ahead to let me know he was coming and did excellent work. No mess left to clean up, just a really great working/looking door. Bryce and Jason did a phenomenal job! They told me what they were doing that explain the problem with what I already had they replace the door as soon as I was able to be home. I am very very happy. The price was right in the ballpark of what I had already looked up.
