Tech was very polite and was on time. My overhead garage door springs were bad; the tech convinced me to get all new parts that support the door for “safety”. He said he was done, but the garage door still squeaked- I told him that squeak has to go, and he did some additional work. I don’t know about the cost to repair things so I’m at the mercy of the integrity of the contractor. My husband wasn’t here for the repair. So it was on me to decide. I was charged over double what I should have been charged for this job according to my husband. 1500$ for overhead springs, new rollers, drums and a cable. I read the lowest reviews on Google after the job was done and now see many complaints about extreme overpricing by Precision. I honestly thought that I had called The Overhead Door Company which my friends recommended. This number popped up in my search engine when I typed in Overhead Door. It is NOT Overhead Door. This is Overhead Garage Door- Precision. I understand companies need to make money- but this pricing feels unethical. They will say, “Your parts have a lifetime guarantee”, not worth the exorbitant cost. I can’t recommend.

I cannot be more please with the results! Justin Napierala spent the time to fully evaluate my garage door problem and recommended a solution. He performed the work quickly and efficiently. He stayed until we were comfortable with the new opener and the technology that operates it. The former noisy door is now as quiet as I had hoped. Very pleased from the original service call for a broken spring. To replacing all the rollers and tuning the door. A frayed cable was missed at that time but after notifying the issued it was fixed very quickly. Fast forward to today noticed cable was frayed again and found cable rubbing mounting bracket . Johnathan came and quickly and professionally fixed the problem. Very happy with the timely and professional repair. Highly recommend your services whenever I can.

He asked me a number of questions at the outset to determine my historical use, preferences and specifics concerning my garage door opener. He was very cordial and personable and made the repairs in 100° heat seem routine. He completed his analysis and then showed me cost proposals, so I knew exactly what I was agreeing to. He answered all my questions and completed his repair work with a complete review of how the garage door opener should work. We really appreciate the promptness of coming to repair our garage door. Our phone call was answered quickly and the representative answering was courteous and scheduled someone to come out that afternoon. Dave, the technician who did the necessary repairs was very professional and courteous. He took time to examine the door and then provided detailed information about needed repairs. He was at our home for about 4 hours working diligently to do the necessary work and even took time to set up remote controls from the car and keypad. If We could give more than 5 stars, we would! Tried to sell us a new opener stating no parts available for current model, said our spring was broken and new rollers needed. Quoted $2400+ dollars for all of it. Called another company, they repaired current opener and adjusted the tension on the spring. Total was $255. Deceptive business practices. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

This is the second time I have called you for service. I backed into my door some time ago and the technician came and fixed it so we can get a little more time before we have to completely replace it, which is an expensive proposition right now. The response time was fast and the Technician who arrived for the initial analysis / quote was very informative. Once we agreed to the terms for the garage door we wanted, they didn’t waste and time as the door was ordered right away, which arrived a few weeks later. I was contacted right away to schedule the install and it didn’t take long for the installation to be completed, which looks great and I am totally satisfied. I was very impressed by the response and service of Justin Naiperala and Precision. I scheduled on line on Sunday night as the springs on our door broke.
