Kevin came out initially when my garage door spring (yeah, just one) broke. We decided to get an insulated door to replace my flimsy sheet metal one and told me when he would be back to install it. Kevin always called ahead to let me know he was coming and did excellent work. No mess left to clean up, just a really great working/looking door. Kevin was our door technician and we are very satisfied with him and his service work. He arrived at the scheduled appointment time and even called 15 minutes before arrival to let us know when he would arrive. He looked over our situation and explained what he would do to fix it. He got right to work and quickly took care of our repairs. We were very impressed with Kevin and Precision Door and will not hesitate to call them again.
