My technician was Brett Sackenheim and he could not have been a bigger help. Our entire opening system went out because the garage door was too heavy to function on the old system prior owners installed, Brett walked me through what could be done to replace it all and how much and once he did all that he stayed to install same day. From showing up to assess the problem all the way through installing every part except the door was an under 3 hour process. Highly recommend his service

These people are the real deal. I didn’t get to meet Justin, but was told by my mother-in-law that he was super kind and courteous to her, and he also dealt with everything I needed over the phone in a super professional manner. Jake was the guy installing the door and what a good time it was to have him here. Very fun to talk to, got the job done very quickly and even hauled away my old garage unit which he did out of just being a nice guy so that I didn’t have to. Overall the professionalism of this business is a 12/10 and they got the job done sooner than promised. HIGHLY recommend using precision garage doors of Cincinnati for all of your garage troubles. My door looks fantastic!! Thank you guys for taken care of my garage!

I called Precision Door due to a broken spring. They scheduled someone to come out within a few hours of my call. Justin B. called to let me know he was on his way and arrived even earlier than scheduled, which was great. He was friendly, courteous and even shook my hand when introducing himself. I advised Justin that Precision had installed the door about 7 years ago and thought we had a lifetime warranty on the spring. They had upgraded their systems since and did not have records that old. However, I found the original paperwork, and Justin honored that and did not charge me a thing. He completed the work very fast and even did extra things like replacing a light bulb in the garage door opener. Justin made the whole experience great and will make me remain a loyal to Precision Door. Thank you for great service!!

I contacted Precision yesterday morning for help with three different garage door issues I was having. They were quick to call me back and. scheduled a person to come out today. Kevin was incredibly prompt, very friendly and thorough. I had an issue with one of my keypads and, despite it being not a simple fix, he persisted and figured out a solution. I wish that every home. repair service I had to deal with was this awesome! Kudos to Kevin and Precision door.... you have been amazing! I called this morning about an issue with my garage door opener, we had a chain drive and it was only 2 years old. Ray came out within 1 hour from us calling and he had a new belt drive put in and it only took him an hour. I am very impressed with the service and lifetime warranty and no service fee! A text message was received prior to Terry Whites arrival including a Bio and picture; Terry arrived approximately 15 minutes later.
