I had excellent service from precision. My technician, Christopher was a very capable technician. He asked me a number of questions at the outset to determine my historical use, preferences and specifics concerning my garage door opener. He was very cordial and personable and made the repairs in 100° heat seem routine. He completed his analysis and then showed me cost proposals, so I knew exactly what I was agreeing to. He answered all my questions and completed his repair work with a complete review of how the garage door opener should work. He exceeded my expectations, and I would certainly request his assistance if that was necessary in the future. He represents your company in an excellent manner. Thank you, Christopher.

We really appreciate the promptness of coming to repair our garage door. Our phone call was answered quickly and the representative answering was courteous and scheduled someone to come out that afternoon. Dave, the technician who did the necessary repairs was very professional and courteous. He took time to examine the door and then provided detailed information about needed repairs. He was at our home for about 4 hours working diligently to do the necessary work and even took time to set up remote controls from the car and keypad. If We could give more than 5 stars, we would! Thank you for your excellent service.

Tried to sell us a new opener stating no parts available for current model, said our spring was broken and new rollers needed. Quoted $2400+ dollars for all of it. Called another company, they repaired current opener and adjusted the tension on the spring. Total was $255. Deceptive business practices. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

This is the second time I have called you for service. I backed into my door some time ago and the technician came and fixed it so we can get a little more time before we have to completely replace it, which is an expensive proposition right now. He gave us quotes to replace so we can begin to save, and we will call you when that time comes.

The response time was fast and the Technician who arrived for the initial analysis / quote was very informative. Once we agreed to the terms for the garage door we wanted, they didn’t waste and time as the door was ordered right away, which arrived a few weeks later. I was contacted right away to schedule the install and it didn’t take long for the installation to be completed, which looks great and I am totally satisfied. The door comes with a great service guarantee / warranty and so far the customer service has been excellent. I highly recommend Precision Door.

David was a very personable technician. He seemed very capable. Door was operating well and much quieter when he finished. Like many of your customers I was a little surprised at the cost of parts.

David A came to the house was nice and went out of his way to have our garage door installed as soon as he could after he went over our options. He installed it himself two days later which at least to me was amazing. I would recommend this company and David A to anyone. One very satisfied customer.

Service was PROMPT and Professional. Technician, David Allen, was GREAT. He went over and above. I was very pleased with his work, knowledge and service. My only concern was the extreme difference between opener prices that could be purchased at a local big box store and the completed price through Precision - $1,200 difference. If I would have realized that, I probably would have installed a top-of-the-line new one myself. However, I do appreciate the professional installation and the warranty promise through David’s work.

Way too expensive. Didn’t fix anything but still charged me $175 for an outrageous estimate to replace a garage door opener. ($1700-$2700)Would NOT recommend
