Great service. My door is working again!! Justin was awesome, he had to work in single digit temperatures. I loved having the picture of him sent to me before the appointment. I was able to have service within 12 hours of my call. The technician phoned ahead to let me know when he would arrive and he was prompt, courteous and reliable. After his inspection the serviceman informed me of the necessary repairs for my approval and then went on about his work to alleviate the garage door issues. Precision Garage Door Service was excellent in resolving our garage door issues. Our door has been making loud noises for quite some time. We weren't sure what our issues were as we have had it "serviced" by another door company and evidently they didn't fix our problems at all. Christopher with Precision was excellent to work with and professional and neat and cleaned up when finished. We had to replace more than we anticipated, but well worth the price. The door is operating much quieter than ever and Christopher helped us program the car remotes and explained everything to our satisfaction including the MyQ app installation.

The service provided by Jonathan Guffey was excellent. He explained what he was going to do before he did anything. After assessing the issue I was given a clear path and options to try first to resolve the problem. Jonathan was very efficient with his time as we tried one item by one to correct. In the end he resolved the problem, as I mentioned the work was completed in a timely manner for the amount of work he had to do. He assisted with setting up the new keyless entry and the wireless connection with the MyQ app for remote operation. Extremely polite and not pushy with his time. Very pleased with the work he completed.
