Mike came to our house, on time, and with more courtesy than I’ve ever seen! He stopped to get gas and even offered to bring me a cold beverage! I called your company for repair on my garage door. Explained problem in detail, made appt for the next week. The day before tech was to arrive, the office called, wanted to know again what problem was. I explained again. She said "we don't repair panels", I asked why did you schedule the appt then. I was irritated, just order a new door. Said be in in 2 weeks, 3 weeks later the door was in. Jonathan stopped 2 days before install to verify measurements and to make sure he had everything when he returned. He arrived today, installed door, no problems, made sure I was happy with the door and if I had any questions. He did an awesome job, and was very personable to talk with. Even though I got the run around at first, I am satisfied with the door and with John.

I had a great experience with Precision. The technician, David, had a hard time getting here with all the detours and road blocks, but he made it! He let me know what was going on via phone call every step of the way. He thoroughly explained the problem with my door, and options to fix it. He was very personable, and even texted me his picture and info about himself so I would know who he was when he got here. He fixed my door and it works perfectly. I would recommend Precision!

They were professional, technician knew his job well. Replaced spring, cables and rollers done in about an hour, door was better than when it was new. Don't know if $927.00 was that high but was worth it. Would highly recommend.

Object was in path of door as it was closing and thru door off wack. I purchased 2 new springs approximately 1 1/2 years ago . I had to get my car out so I manually disengaged my door and unwrapped the cable that came off track to open door, I then closed my door. Tech said that since I Tampered with the door I had to get 2 new springs at 383.00 a piece. Cost close to 800. Bucks to put it back on track. Horrible policy. I should have called in sick cause it cost a week pay. I called and nothing. My advice is if you have new springs and mess your door up , DONT TOUCH IT. Call and sick and sit in your garage so no one robs you.
