The technician, Jonathan, arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time inspecting my garage door as well as all its parts and components. He even took a look at the other door, which wasn’t being serviced. When he found the issue (broken spring), he presented me all the options and made some recommendations. Although not inexpensive, I trust that I was provided with a quality product replacement (new spring system) and service with a lifetime warranty. I would recommend Precision!

David did a great job. Very thorough and courteous. He explained the issue well along with his recommendation on how to fix. Very quick as well. Precision was out within an hour and a half of calling and had everything fixed under 1.5 hours.

I had noticed my garage door was a lot noisier than it should have been. I researched a couple companies and Precision was the one that looked like it was one of the best according to other peoples reviews. Called on a Friday and they could fit me in that following Monday. David Eilers and David (forgot his last name, sorry) were my technicians. Before they started, they explained all they were going to do and the options that were available to me as far as repairs. VERY PROFESSIONAL from the beginning to the end. No pressure to upsell any services, we went with the repairs that were best for us. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who asked. Added bonus, he is a UC Bearcat fan.

Tech Brian Hauser visited my home on 6/5/24. I agreed to have him return on 6/8 in the AM to complete the install. He rang me & stated that he would call me again when he was 30 minutes away from my home. As of 2pm-ish I called to get a status. I was hung up on 4 times before I could reach anyone (ANNOYING). Once I reached an agent, he advised that my install was cancelled twice on 6/5 & transferred my call to Karen. Karen saw exactly that the prior gentlemen saw & asked if she could investigate & call me back. She did & advised that Brian would have to work after 5pm & I advised that this is NOT what I agreed to. I had plans after work & the garage should have been finished hours ago. Now I understand why Brian was begging me to give him a score of 5 (which was the focus of how he makes his bonus & to expect excellent service. I NEVER SUBMIT REVIEWS UNTIL THE WORK IS FINISHED. PERIOD!!!! So far, I'm giving 1 star if I could give a 1/2 star I would. My time was wasted waiting on the tech & no follow up calls were ever made to me I had to call Precision. This is NOT good customer service. If my install isn't completed on the morning of 6/10/24. I will request a refund of my down payment. My previous experience with Precision was excellent this one is AWFUL!!! To date NO services has been performed!!

From the first words out of the serviceman's mouth I knew he was going to find so much wrong with my door; I only needed a wire reconnected to a bracket to get my door working a gain, I was given three estimates ranging from $612.32 $836.72 to $995.84. I only needed one item your quote showed - a bottom bracket for $61.54. YOur add says we are not sales people, well, that's a joke. I told your guy we were having a lot of medical bills right now and could not afford anything but to get the cable reattached. Didn't seem to phase him did it? Oh yeah, after I told him I could not afford anything like these amounts, he proceeded to tell me there was a $175 service call.

I had great service from Precision. I came home late Saturday night and couldn’t open my garage door. I figured out the spring broke. I chatted with Precision on Sunday morning and made an appointment for Monday morning. My service guy David was super friendly and helpful and got me set up with new springs. I also had them replace cables and rollers because they were rusted. Also found out that the opener had some burns on the board so he replaced that too. Got it all done that morning. Super pleased with the service and now I have a super quiet opener and I can get my car out of the garage. Thanks!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. David and Trevor were very professional and honest. I made an appointment to get an estimate to replace my opener and garage door (I was told I should replace the door by some other companies) expecting to have to wait months for the install but 3 hours later had a new garage door opener installed utilizing my current garage door(David told me my door was still in good shape and really no need to replace it). Highly recommended.

Called Precision when my garage door wouldn't open, even manually; got an appointment within that same calendar week, with an immediate text & email confirmation. Reminders the day before and the day of the appointment, with the specialist calling himself on the day. David & David carefully examined, diagnosed and repaired my door, providing me with explanations of needed work and multiple options for upgrades- they even evaluated the other door to ensure its function, which I'd not thought to request. On the basis of this experience I wholeheartedly recommend Precision for repair and replacement of garage door systems.

Precision Door Service texted me when David Allen was on his way to service my garage door, even including his picture. David was very personable and knowledgeable about my 23 y/o noisy Genie screw drive opener. He inspected the opener and offered options to repair or replace with a new unit. I chose the new belt drive opener and am very satisfied with the new Lift Master unit. I would highly recommend David Allen and PDS products.
