The men were here on time very pleasant, explained everything and went overall the options. We chose the option that best fit our needs with the quote, but when I signed and paid and then saw the price via email there was a processing fee of $62.52 for using my credit card which was not explain to us during the paying process. At that point I contacted the billing department and they agreed to remove the processing fee. They did a great job within a timely manner. I only gave four stars because of the non communication of the processing fee. I will be recommending your company, just make sure all information is communicated to your customers.

Technician was on time. Dave Eihler was polite. He explained everything he was doing. He did the inspection and told me what he found. I decided to go with the full service so l have a warranty on the work. He said the opener probably should be replaced. I decided to wait on that for a while due to tax and insurance season, but I will call him later to replace it. Wish they could have done it for free, but wish in one hand and so on. I will recommend them to my friends and relatives.

We had seen commercials for Precision and decided to call them based on their BBB rating and reviews. The appointment was scheduled for the next day. David Lenhardt came out and was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The spring was broken and David was thorough in explaining the different options for repair and longevity. He took the time to answer all of our questions so we could make an informed decision on the best option. We are very pleased with the quick repair and lifetime warranty. David provided outstanding service!
