Service Technician David did an outstanding job. Our garage door springs and mechanism was 17 years old and never serviced since that date. It finally failed. He replaced the springs, bearing, and rollers. Tested it and it works like new. I recommend David Eilers to all future customers. Courteous, explains everything and works diligently. He called me several times before the repair to update arrival time. Precision Garage Door is extremely responsive. I called and they provided service the same day. Amazing response time. It was a pleasure to get a courteous live agent immediately. She was very effective too. Well done by all and thank you. I’ll use Precision again.

Technician, Brad Riley, was professional and capable. Being older garage door springs etc., it was a small challenge. Glad I didnt try to replace the springs myself.

Precision was quick to come out (within 2 hours) and was quick to do the repair (within 45 minutes of starting). All very good. My biggest issue is with pricing. $500 to install parts that retail for less than $150. I was told that they don't charge for labor, but that is not really true, as it is obviously built into their pricing. My other issue is that even though the only part broken was the spring, I was told that the minimum job was to replace the Spring, the bearing and the cables (tacking on about $200 for parts that retail for maybe $25). I later contacted other companies for the other garage door and got bids of $286 and $337 for the same job and could save even more by not being required to replace the bearing and cables. I was supposed to receive, by email, within 24 hours, according to the technician, warranty information. I'm still waiting. Why not provide a paper copy when the work was performed? Also the manager from Precision had emailed and was supposed to be calling me. It is now a week gone by and no phone call. Maybe before going with Precision, contact some other companies first to get a fair price. That's my suggestion.

My technician was Brett Sackenheim and he could not have been a bigger help. Our entire opening system went out because the garage door was too heavy to function on the old system prior owners installed, Brett walked me through what could be done to replace it all and how much and once he did all that he stayed to install same day. From showing up to assess the problem all the way through installing every part except the door was an under 3 hour process. Highly recommend his service

I called Precision Door due to a broken spring. They scheduled someone to come out within a few hours of my call. Justin B. called to let me know he was on his way and arrived even earlier than scheduled, which was great. He was friendly, courteous and even shook my hand when introducing himself. I advised Justin that Precision had installed the door about 7 years ago and thought we had a lifetime warranty on the spring. They had upgraded their systems since and did not have records that old. However, I found the original paperwork, and Justin honored that and did not charge me a thing. He completed the work very fast and even did extra things like replacing a light bulb in the garage door opener. Justin made the whole experience great and will make me remain a loyal to Precision Door. Thank you for great service!!

I contacted Precision yesterday morning for help with three different garage door issues I was having. They were quick to call me back and. scheduled a person to come out today. Kevin was incredibly prompt, very friendly and thorough. I had an issue with one of my keypads and, despite it being not a simple fix, he persisted and figured out a solution. I wish that every home. repair service I had to deal with was this awesome! Kudos to Kevin and Precision door.... you have been amazing! I called this morning about an issue with my garage door opener, we had a chain drive and it was only 2 years old. Ray came out within 1 hour from us calling and he had a new belt drive put in and it only took him an hour. I am very impressed with the service and lifetime warranty and no service fee! This belt drive is so quiet and I love it. Thanks for doing such a good job and I will definitely recommend this company for anyone needing help with their garage.
