David arrived at our home and conducted an inspection of the garage door. Our older genie opener apparently was the problem. David explained the options and pricing for a new Liftmaster opener and work that needed to be done. David was very friendly and professional and proceeded to do the work. I was very happy that I had called precision and i would recommend them to anyone else.

I researched door repair and Precision had some great reviews. The service charge was reasonable and booking an appointment was quick and easy. David, the technician, was personable, professional and worked quickly in the 100 degree heat. He explained what he was doing and after gave me three options to decide what I wanted done. I highly recommend David and this company.

When my spring broke and caused my opener to break, Precision came out 1 business day later. They prefaced the appointment with a call to understand what was going on and to inform me what to expect. Chris called me the morning of to let me know when he would be over and let me know he’d call 30 minutes before he was going to arrive. Upon arrival Chris spoke to me and took the time to understand the problems, inform me of their process and then present me with several options for the repair. Upon choosing an option, Chris got to work and had my door in good working order shortly and explained what he did and the warranty on the work. Very professional, prompt, informative company. Would highly recommend! NOTE: If I had to note any negative it would be as others have said the price was much higher than anticipated however I was previously unfamiliar with garage repair so I really had no fair basis for what to expect.

A $30 charge for credit card processing? Seriously? Just find a way include that in the price or absorb it as a cost of doing business.

I received absolutely amazing service from the lady (Latoya?) who answered the phone yesterday to Justin, who did my service today. I was so grateful for his honesty. He text me and called me to tell me when he would be here. He was very courteous and patient. Justin was knowledgeable and explained every step to me. I actually only did what was under warranty, and I really appreciated him, telling me all the options and his honesty. my garage door was put up in 2020 I believe by precision garage door. Interestingly enough, you were the only one who answered the phone and the service was amazing then I'll definitely be promoting you in my neighborhood friends and family. Thanks Justin! i I told your [installers your website was over the top easy to use . the timing of the arrival was spot on. Garrett was my technician and did a masterful job of diagnosing the issue that has been going on with my five year old garage door since it was new. The company that installed it, who shall remain nameless. Try to fix it on three different occasions, and was not able. Garrett diagnosed it within 15 minutes of being at my residence Showed me the issue and gave me several different options. The door has never been quieter or worked better. I strongly recommend that you call this company. They do an incredible job.

If you had six stars, I would have selected that! The technician, David Lenhardt was very professional and efficient. He called in the morning to let me know he'd be here for the scheduled appt. And again called to inform me he was on his way after he filled up the truck, and asked if he could get me something to drink while he was there. He showed up at 12:30, and completed the repairs after going over what needed to be done. If I ever need any other garage door repairs, this IS the company I'll call. thankyou,

Our technician, David, was great! I had a few items we were concerned about and he took the time to explain the issues. He patiently waited (about 10 minutes) til my husband got back to explain in detail, again, the issues and what he could do to solve. He was able to do everything while he was here, which was a great plus. David was very professional and easy to communicate with. We used Precision Door in Lexington, Ky and Precision Door is the only company I called here in the Nky/Cincinnati area. And again… very pleased!! Thank you!!

Precision Overhead Garage is the BEST! I have been doing research to which company is the best before I decided to call POG. Our garage doors were really bad for years. Only one was working and it was not even in good shape that every time we open and close made me worried. Thinking that it might drop to the floor. Their staff are very professional and very attentive of your concerns. We had Luke and Jonathan. Both are very nice gentlemen. I am very satisfied of Jonathan's job today. I am happy that I had POG worked on my garage doors. I am Highly Recommended to people to have POG to work on your garage doors. They are the BEST!

I had a broken spring on one garage door and under-performing springs on the other, as well as worn bushings and rollers. Technician David Allen was on time in the arrival window and gave me a 30-minute heads-up call as well. He thoroughly explained to me the problem areas of both doors and offered different solution options to get both working in top condition. I ask a lot of questions, and he was very patient with me. Once I approved the work he competently and efficiently fixed it all. He even helped talk me through some carburator repair on my lawn mower! What a guy! Thanks again!

I highly recommend Brian for any service you may need with your garage door. Prior to his visit he gave me a 30 minute notice and said he was stopping to get gas and something to drink. He then asked would you like me to bring you something to drink when I come. I thought that was so considerate and thoughtful of him to even think to ask. Then when he arrived he saw the problem instantly and got to work fixing it right away. He had my garage door up and working again within 30 minutes. Brian you ROCK!
