I had my new garage door opener installed by Precision a year ago and today (2/5/2024) I could not get the app to work with the door or the camera. So after many failed attempts, I called them for help. They sent a technician the same day to help. Come to find out it was more trickier than we thought. After about an hour and talking to tech support he got it all figured out and also did a routine maintenance check on the opener. To me, that’s the best service one can ask for. I highly recommend and will always use them for doors and openers! David

What a fantastic experience we had with getting new garage doors installed. The ease of getting the previous appointment and just the friendliness of the staff were just a welcome experience. Today we had Trevor come out and install our new garage doors and he was so friendly and just a really great guy who obviously cares about the job he does. He did a fantastic job and took the extra steps where the little things make a huge difference. Had issues today with our garage door coming off track and one cable getting tangled. Was concerned we'd have issues getting it repaired on a Saturday. Found Precision using a Google search and gave them a call. The lady who answered was very helpful and polite. The experience continued with Brian. He called to let us know when he'd be arriving, so we could plan accordingly. Once he arrived, he was polite and very knowledgeable. We opted to order a new door as the existing one was 20+ years old and has some issues. He fixed the door so it would be operational until the new one was installed. Very pleased and love the great service!

After a very bad experience with our Home Warranty Service Company, I called Precision. They were wonderful. We are elderly and depend on our garage door to open & close easily and work well. The door failed to close and we were home bound. We called Precision and they were here in less than 3 hours to solve the problem. We were very grateful for Brett who did an outstanding job of explaining what needed to be done. He arrived on time, courteous, and went right to work to solve the problem. From our initial phone call to the finish, everyone who was involved did an outstanding job. Very few companies offer this kind of service any more and it was a pleasure to find such an incredible company, service technician, and fair pricing. They exceeded our expectations.
