Brian Payne, my techician,was pleasant,friendly and personable He examined my opener and offered three ways to fix it. He was not high pressure at all. He finished the job in exactly the time he said it would take and was very professional. He even programmed my car. I am very happy with the service and the company.

Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. He performed a quick, but thorough assessment and was able to provide a good set of reasonably priced options for consideration, and provide details on the strengths and weaknesses of each. He did all this without a hint of pressure and was very personable. As the door and opener had been in place for at least 11 years and appeared to have had little upkeep, Brian had to replace the springs, rollers and install a new opener. And again this was done quickly and professionally, and the workspace was left clean and free of the dirt and debris that is always a part of that type of work. Would highly recommend Brian and Precision Door to anyone requiring service.
