Quick service... the representative arrived within just a few hours of my initial phone call. Service representative (Justin N) was extremely professional and friendly. He went the extra mile to listen to all my concerns, and to answer all my questions. Justin was also very respectful of my property. Precision Door may charge a little bit more than some of the other companies in town, however it is clear that their parts are of a higher quality, and their warranties also appear to be superior to other companies. I highly recommend Precision Door. -RJ

Had Seth come by to fix a fried motor on the garage door. Could not have been more polite and professional, even walked out to him sweeping up the garage when finished. Everything was thoroughly explain and I was given multiple options before he started any work. Overall incredible experience working with him.

Very responsive to my inquiry. My technician Jonathan was very thorough and courteous. He explained multiple options and I ended up going with the option I felt best fit my needs. The job took approximately an hour and he cleaned up afterwards. Liftmaster is a solid product and my wife and I are happy with our new garage door opener. This product is whisper quiet when opening and closing.

Justin our technician was very thorough and understanding. He explained his thought process and what steps he recommended for repair. Easy to converse with and not over pushy or focused on upsales. Would recommend Justin. Any issues I encountered was playing phone tag with him as the number he called me from initially would go to the customer service office and they would have to text to get a return call. Also no discounts offered besides credit card fee process discount if paid by check. Overall satisfied with the experience but in today’s economy every $$$ matters.

I was having problems with my garage door not closing properly. I called on a Tuesday and they sent Justin out the very next day. He called to let me know when he would be arriving and even sent me a picture and a little bio of himself so i would know it was him when he arrived. He had to make a stop to get gas first and asked if he could get me anything. How thoughtful was that!!! He did his inspection and found the problem. He discussed the different options and asked if I had any questions. He got to work and now my garage door works perfectly. He explained everything he did and showed me how to work my new openers. He had everything he needed in his van so everything was completed in a couple of hours. I highly recommend Precision Door and Justin Napierala.

Unexpectedly, my garage door broke this past weekend and my car was trapped in my garage. As I have never owned a garage before I was a bit out of my league with dealing with such issues. I was surprised at how quick and easy it was to make a service request with Precision- I could do it all online and they had plenty of availability so I was able to schedule a service within two days. I was kept informed about my appointment and when to expect David my technician to be at my residence. I had to work that day so I was unable to be home for the repair but he was able to work with my boyfriend to assess the problem and provide me with several different service options. He called me during the process to let me know my options and explained everything to me over the phone and to my boyfriend in person. He fixed the issue the same day very quickly. I like that I was provided with different options- David was transparent with pricing and what each option covered. I like that I have a warranty on the parts as well. Precision was recommended to me by a close friend who used them in the past and had a great experience. I would highly recommend David and Precision to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation! We also appreciate that David was a dog person and not only seemed unbothered by my hyperactive dog but entertained by him as well. Great service, fair prices, and fast appointments!

Jonathan Guffey was my technician. He was prompt, courteous, and thoroughly assessed, diagnosed, and communicated the problems and the solutions to resolve my garage door issues. I am so happy that I called Precision Garage Door. I have seen the TV commercials for this company and made a mental note that if I ever had any issues, this is the Company I would call for service. Their customer reviews and the BBB rating is another reason I chose them. I highly recommend that if you need any garage door repairs, maintenance or new installation this Company should be your 1st choice.

I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because they were highly recommended of a trusted friend. I looked at the website, which helped me understand the scope of services offered. While my need was not an emergency, they were able to see me on the same day that I called. Quinn, their service technician, called to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. He was able to access the situation and offered several solutions. He then quickly went about replacing parts and testing them to ensure they were functioning perfectly. Quinn was courteous and professional and left me confident that the repairs were safe and complete. I'd be happy to recommend your company to others.

We recently moved to Kentucky and have no knowledge of service people. David did an awesome job! Very honest with his appraisal of the job. We needed two openers; as the older ones were beyond repair. Appreciated his answers and patience with us! I definitely recommend David and this company.

Justin was very thorough and explained all the options to me. He did an excellent job of running the wires so they are concealed. He also moved the door switch so it was more convenient to use. Justin did a great job and I would highly recommend him. I chose Precision because they said there trucks are fully stocked and I needed my door fixed today. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

It was super easy to get an appointment. I was kept up to date on the timing of the appointment. Jonthan called to give me an update as to his ETA. He was very personable and respectful. He explained what was needed to be done to our garage door and gave us choices. We didn't feel pressured at all. I would highly recommend Preccision to my friends and family.
