Precision Door took my call for emergency service at 6:30am. The repair Team was at our home by 8:45am and finished the repair by 10:00am. Their explanation of the repair required was very clear. They also offered some additional repair suggestions that were clearly explained. The quality of the parts and the lifetime warranty is worth the extra cost. We have worked with many contractors and repair workers over many years of homeownership. This experience was definitely 5star +

Jake was great. We talked about everything but garage doors!He gave me a couple of options on what he could do to repair the broken springs on the garage door. He was courteous, very talkative and informative. I enjoyed the time he was here. Jake did a great job on the door and even went out of his way to correct a couple of other issues he noticed at no charge. I appreciate his timely arrival and would recommend him highly. I found out we have a lot in common. It truly is a small world. Call Jake if you need repairs.

I managed to mess up my garage door this morning, and fortunately, I stumbled upon Precision. George came out in no time flat and did an amazing fix, for a very fair price. I told him I was amazed that I could get a same day appointment, and he told me there are staff dedicated to installs, and staff dedicated to dealing with repairs. This is a great customer service philosophy, because what customer wants to wait any longer than necessary for an appointment to repair something?! Without a doubt, I would recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

After calling overhead door and AE door no services would be available until the next day. Asking the cell phone we got your phone number. We had 2 cars stuck in the garage and had appointments. George came and took care of our problem very quickly. His iservice was excellent and even added an extra spring which made the door operate smoother. Thanks to George he saved our day. Great serviceman.
