They showed up and loosening my spring and cut the cables so I could get my cars out. Took less than 30 minutes, but charged me $753. The standard visit fee was $175. They ripped me off. From what I can gather, that's what they always do. I had my entire garage door and all equipment replaced for $1,730 front a different installer, the wanted $6,383 for the same exact replacement. They're con artist, to say the least.

If you ever need a garage door repair done, choose Precision. This is a company that believes in doing things right the first time, so there is no need for continuous future calls. They believe in quality over quantity. We are so impressed with how Precision runs their business...from their technicians to their work, they are 5 star! David called to alert us that he was on his way, right on time. He came with a stocked truck, ready to do all necessary work that day. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained the whole process to me...answering all of my questions, and asking some of his own. He conducted a very thorough assessment of our system, to pinpoint all problems. He showed me all issues that needed fixing, and then gave us 3 options of fixes to choose from, each with a different price. I chose our package, and then David did all of the work right then. He was honest and courteous, and gave us top of the line parts and service, which came with a lifetime guarantee. He left us with great peace of mind, and very satisfied. We would never go anywhere else for garage door issues, ever. With Precision, you are getting honest, affordable, quality work...save yourself any trouble, and just call them. Thank you Precision, we love our new garage door opener!...it works perfectly!

Precision was recommended to me by a friend and to start off I was blown away by their 24/7 telephone live answering. I called on Monday evening about 7p and talked with a real person who gave me an appointment the next afternoon. My tech was Trevor and he was a great guy. He called twice to let me know his eta. He was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I needed a new 2 car garage door and picking out the door style, color and window style was easy. Trevor spent as much time with me as I needed to feel comfortable with my purchase and choices. If the door installation is anything like the initial visit with Trevor, I expect to be a happy, satisfied Precision Garage Door customer.

Very knowledgeable and incredibly nice. While communicating when they would be there, they even offered to pick up lunch! Who does that? They had a 2hr window but arrived 40 minutes early. We had everything except the door replaced and they were done in less than 2 hrs. I would highly recommend this company.

The springs on our garage door broke on Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. We called our provider who we have had for 35 years - A&E Door. They told me they couldn't get to us for well over a week and it would be $180 before they even came. I called Precision and they come the following Monday. Precision was awesome to work with and David was a great technician. He explained everything to us and walked us through our options. Communications with David and Precision were top notch. David was professional and had us back in business in a little over an hour. Premoving forward.cision will b e our provider

Jake was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed me how to use the garage door if it had to be opened manually and also how to read the codes on the control panel. Also, explained other aspects of the opener, force settings, etc. I appreciated the time he spent with me explaining the different features. Also, he called before arriving...even offered to bring me a coffee! I received outstanding service! Thank you!

Brian did an awesome job, he was respectful and courteous. He was also very professional in giving me options for repair and what should be done, as opposed to what could be done since we will probably replace our garage door in a couple of year. Thank you for the swift response and completing the job on a Saturday.

Precision Door took my call for emergency service at 6:30am. The repair Team was at our home by 8:45am and finished the repair by 10:00am. Their explanation of the repair required was very clear. They also offered some additional repair suggestions that were clearly explained. The quality of the parts and the lifetime warranty is worth the extra cost. We have worked with many contractors and repair workers over many years of homeownership. This experience was definitely 5star +

Jake was great. We talked about everything but garage doors! He gave me a couple of options on what he could do to repair the broken springs on the garage door. He was courteous, very talkative and informative. I enjoyed the time he was here. Jake did a great job on the door and even went out of his way to correct a couple of other issues he noticed at no charge. I appreciate his timely arrival and would recommend him highly. I found out we have a lot in common. It truly is a small world. Call Jake if you need repairs.
