I got my garage door repaired by Jonathan. He was very professional and friendly. I was given several repair options with fair estimates. The service was also very fast. I called at 4pm. Jonathan was at my door the next morning and had the job complete in short order.

Precision was recommended to me by a friend and to start off I was blown away by their 24/7 telephone live answering. I called on Monday evening about 7p and talked with a real person who gave me an appointment the next afternoon. My tech was Trevor and he was a great guy. He called twice to let me know his eta. He was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I needed a new 2 car garage door and picking out the door style, color and window style was easy. Trevor spent as much time with me as I needed to feel comfortable with my purchase and choices. If the door installation is anything like the initial visit with Trevor, I expect to be a happy, satisfied Precision Garage Door customer.

Very knowledgeable and incredibly nice. While communicating when they would be there, they even offered to pick up lunch! Who does that? They had a 2hr window but arrived 40 minutes early. We had everything except the door replaced and they were done in less than 2 hrs. I would highly recommend this company.

The springs on our garage door broke on Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. We called our provider who we have had for 35 years - A&E Door. They told me they couldn't get to us for well over a week and it would be $180 before they even came. I called Precision and they come the following Monday. Precision was awesome to work with and David was a great technician. He explained everything to us and walked us through our options. Communications with David and Precision were top notch. Jake was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed me how to use the garage door if it had to be opened manually and also how to read the codes on the control panel. Also, explained other aspects of the opener, force settings, etc. I appreciated the time he spent with me explaining the different features. Fast and friendly service from intial call to service techs. Tech called in the morning to confirm appt time and then again about 35 min out. Arrives on time as promised and quickly figured out my issue. Gave me several options to fix just my problem to updating my entire system which was needed. No pressure either way from him and he explained everything in detail. Highly recommend

Precision Door took my call for emergency service at 6:30am. The repair Team was at our home by 8:45am and finished the repair by 10:00am. Their explanation of the repair required was very clear. They also offered some additional repair suggestions that were clearly explained. The quality of the parts and the lifetime warranty is worth the extra cost. We have worked with many contractors and repair workers over many years of homeownership. This experience was definitely 5star +

Jake was great. We talked about everything but garage doors!He gave me a couple of options on what he could do to repair the broken springs on the garage door. He was courteous, very talkative and informative. I enjoyed the time he was here. Jake did a great job on the door and even went out of his way to correct a couple of other issues he noticed at no charge. I appreciate his timely arrival and would recommend him highly.
