I have used Precision before and was very pleased. This time I was very disappointed. My garage door is stuck in the closed position. I can't get it open. My lawn mower is in there and I need to get it out because my grass is out of control. The technician looked at it for 10 minutes and decided he would spend his time writing up a quote for a new door instead of opening the door. The "quote" was full of errors. He did not know the name brand of the door. It is clearly stamped on the handle "Clopay". He just listed it as an 8' X 7' door. It is in fact a custom size door 80" X 72"! He also sent me a text saying he finished some other jobs and could he come early? I called the company and asked them to send him a message to call me. He did and said " He was told that if we had an opening I wanted him to come early" ! Liar! I will not use Precision again and anyone I know will not!

Precision installed my garage door opener about 2-1/2 years ago. A couple weeks ago it was sometimes not closing All the way - it would go partially down and then open up again. The technician today was Robert Bongiorno. He was absolutely wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable. He told me about the App for my phone and I asked him if he would install it for me. He kindly took care of that and walked me through how to use it. I asked him if he would put new batteries in my two remotes which he also did for me. This was a wonderful experience and speaks very highly for the integrity of your company.

I was having problems with my garage door springs and an appointment was made within two days. The technician (Robert) showed up on time and was extremely courteous and professional. He performed a complete inspection of the door and made recommendations on what was necessary and a few that were optional. Once I decided on what I wanted done he got to work and was finished much quicker than I expected. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service.

I had never used this company before but I chose them because the reviews were so awesome and when I called they were so friendly and helpful on the telephone. They were able to schedule me in perfectly around my work schedule. The repairman who came was Brian Payne. He called me the morning of the schedule day confirm my 2-hour window of 4 to 6 p.m.. around 3:45 p.m. he called me to ask me if it was okay if he headed my way and would be there in 15 minutes. It was very nice and professional on the phone. When he arrived he did a thorough job of explaining my three options for my repairs. Each option what is a different price with various warranties. He explained the pros and cons of all three. I chose the total rebuild with the lifetime warranty. It turns out my string had broken because it was not strong enough for my 300-pound garage door. The new spring is awesome along with the rollers and all the other parts he installed. I thought my garage door was quiet before. Oh boy was I wrong! It is so quiet now you cannot even hear it! He even showed me how to program my phone to the Wi-Fi MyQ app and he changed the light bulb for me in my garage! I am very happy with your company I'm even more so happy with Brian Payne! He deserves a raise!

I had a garage door with a bad opener and a spring that was seized up and was unable to shut my garage door. Precision was able to get there same day and resolve the problem. Brian and Will worked into the early evening to ensure that everything was working smoothly and we wouldn't have an open garage door over night. Excellent service, walked me through the process every step of the way. I highly recommend using Precision for all garage door needs

Brett is the GREATEST person! He had to replace a damaged double garage door quickly as my home is up for sale. He was so nice to my 6 year old granddaughter, they both love music. She chatted his "ear off" while he worked for awhile but he just couldn't have been more pleasant. The job was done efficiently but more than that the warmth and sincerity of Brett was just outstanding. He deserves 10 stars!
