Precision had come out before to replace broken springs 10 years ago. We were happy with them then, so I decided to call again when the garage door would only open about a foot. The motor, cable & belt were shot & we decided to replace the rollers, ball bearings & cables as well, as they too were either dry rotted or rusted. David E. did a great job. He arrived within the allotted time frame, and was very courteous & knowledgable.

Justin, our service technician, came out to fix a small problem I was having with the keypad. He arrived on time and kept me posted of his arrival time. Third time over 7 years I’ve had to use Precision. Every time they are quick to respond, great techs and fair prices. Just tonight Garrett broke the news our poor door has reached their end. They are putting a new one in two weeks. Sucks but not their faults.

I moved to Loveland, Ohio from Columbus about a year ago. In Columbus we always had Precision come and deal with our garage door issues and we were very pleased with the service. I was happy when I realized there was service here in Loveland. The old garage door was not responding reliably. And was not able to be fixed. Rob was very courteous, answered all my questions in a clear and patient way. He gave me instructions about how the remotes and keypads worked. I was very pleased with the quick and professional work. And would highly recommend your company.
