Precision Door Service did an excellent job with my repairs. Firstly, good telephone receptionist, very kind and helpful. Precision Door was available Thank God. That said, the technician, my man; Brad Riley was absolutely superb. Upon arrival, he talked with my wife first as I was out briefly picking up food. When I came back Brad was in the garage. Dumped my food, checked with my wife and wife said she really liked him. Stepped into garage and talked to Brad. I say this; Brad was extremely professional, engaging, clean cut, gave me full explanations of status, an accurate short suite of options. Q. what more could a customer ask for? You will never be disappointed with Precision Door. Great folks. Lastly, never hire anyone other than a United States Military veteran. Why? they are disciplined, taught how to serve others, and they care. Brad is a cool dude.

Great experience! My service tech was Luke Mattia. Very professional! I had a broken spring on my larger garage door. He had it replaced in under 1 hour with no issues. He also performed a “safety check” and advised me of additional maintenance options he could provide (for a price $$$). Happy with the service. Answered phone right away and got me scheduled. They helped me coordinate with technician since he was able to arrive early. Technician (Brandon) was knowledgeable, nice, and efficient and answered all questions. He fixed the broken spring, added new rollers, and new drums/cable all in same day as I called. Can't really comment on value of price because I had nothing to compare it to. I think it was about $800 all in (parts, labor, taxes etc) but overall I am happy.

Had used this company three other times over the years and on this job we were WAY overcharged. The service rep was almost an hour late which bled into my work day and unfortunately I was unable to review with him the system he was installing as I could not get away from calls. I arranged my schedule to his promised time of arrival but was unable to move things when he showed up late. In review of the invoice we paid WAY more then other providers. It will be the last time I use them.

I had damaged my garage door Friday night, and needed to have it repaired or replaced quickly. I called on Saturday morning, and the staff was very nice and quickly scheduled an appointment for me to have a technician come look at it on In a couple hours of my call. I received a text message about who is coming with a picture, which was amazing! Technician Brian was on time, very professional and nice, and quickly determined what was needed. I was given three choices of new garage doors and he was not pushy at all. He was very quick in determining the availability of the parts and came back to replace the garage door within one hour. His work was very professional and I did not see any pieces of old materials left behind which I sometimes do with some workers. I’m extremely pleased. Brian was professional and nice. Overall service was not what I expected for a simple rebalance of door. They do a 25 point inspection but don’t give you report until AFTER job is complete and paid. Don’t expect to have your door repaired or adjusted. Instead, be prepared for replacement (springs, rollers, bearings, etc..) which costs SIGNIFICANTLY more. The parts they use are good and my door is operating smoother and quieter but it should for the money I spent. For non impulse buyers, hopefully this review helps educate those using Precision.
