Even though I called after hours, I was able to get an appointment the next day, and the repair was complete within an hour. Plus, the bill from Precision to fix the problem was less than what I had already spent for the do-it-yourself-er to NOT fix it over the past week. Learn from my mistake: If your husband or friend says he can fix your garage door, just call Precision.
