I needed someone to recalibrate my opener that you installed. You sent a salesman. I knew 2 minutes into the conversation he was there to cost me a lot of money not to fix my opener. By the time he left (and I shut the door on him) I was livid, and still am 2 days later. I wish you would send him back out here so I can show him how it was fixed for a third of what he wanted to charge by someone who had never dealt with that brand of opener before. The 2 prior dealings with you were good. But this time was awful.

We loved everything about this business. Lucked out and got it installed the same day they came out to show us what they had. They had a cancellation on the same door and color we had picked out and it was the only one they had on hand. Did a beautiful job of installation and everyone involved could not have been nicer. I called in am and by 2 pm the technician was at our home. Broken spring and cables. Robert B. was excellent in repairing our garage door problems. He is very informative at each step. He was also polite and efficient. Very impressed !

From the initial phone call through the final interaction, representatives from Precision Door lived up to their name - precise and professional. Dave arrived promptly, explained multiple alternatives, and explained clearly what he recommended. I asked a few questions and his responses were cogent. Although, I did not opt for the most extensive and expensive repairs, Dave, who was joined later by Robert, worked expeditiously to fix the problem permanently by replacing springs, rollers, bearings, and cables. I am grateful for people who inspire confidence because they keep the promises they make. Thank you.

We saw the vans in the neighborhood and seeing them enough let us know precision must be a good company to work with. We worked with Luke and the experience was great. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel like we were being consulted with, not sold to. He walked us through every aspect of our garage door system, answered our questions and provided us with honest feedback on the state of our system and what to do about it. 10/10 will be calling Precision back when we need support again.

I would like to give a better review, but too many things went wrong along the way. After the initial visit, I received no communication, due to the fact my phone number was entered incorrectly. Luckily, I gave my wife's number as a backup. Then, when we received our initial invoice (before the installation), we were billed for an entirely different door that was much more expensive. I contacted Precision and Patrick did do a great job of straightening things out and ordering the correct door, which actually arrived sooner than expected. The installers, Jonathan and his assistant, were very courteous and professional. However, they didn't seem quite prepared for the installation. They had to go back to the shop to get a part, and once the job was finished, there was a large gap between the door and the floor because the bottom seal was too small. Jonathan said either he or someone else would have to come back to finish the job. A little over a week passed and it felt like we were forgotten, so we contacted Precision to set up a time for them to come back to install the right seal. During this time, the trip above the garage door had already started to come apart as well. When Jonathan returned, he still did not have the correct seal to finish the job, so he had to go back to the shop once again. When he returned, the seal and trim were fixed. The door seems to be fine now, but I feel like we went through a bit more aggravation than was necessary.

Jonathan did a great job for us. He provided us with a professional and prompt installation and even removed a couple of sensors that weren't removed when the last installers put in our openers (from a different company years ago). We had two doors installed and removed; I thought there'd be two people doing the installation. Great job Jonathan - thanks.

Technician came out to service my garage door for a broken cable. His assessment was to have me spend $1500 on a new torsion system. He did not want to fix the broken cable and persisted to sell me a whole new spring assembly. I told him I was not interested, so I had to pay the service charge of $110 for doing absolutely nothing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Kyle installed a new door for us. He texted us when he was on his way to our home. He was patient with all my questions, made requested adjustments and wiped down the new door assurance all the dust from the packing material was removed. Workplace was cleaned-up before he left. Highly recommend the service of PDS.

Great communication from the office, tech showed up on time and appreciated the 30 minute call before arriving. Brain Payne our service Tech was great, went over our exsting garage door openers and suggested needed repairs. Replaced needed parts one one opener as well as installed a new garage door oepner. Would definitely call them anytime I need help with any of our garagre doors and openers.
