Precision Garage Door was World-Class from the start. It is clear from the web site that the customer is of prime importance- booking an appointment is surprisingly easy. The actual service was amazing- David was meticulous in his assessment and communication of the repairs needed. In less than three hours, he brought the system to "like-new" condition by installing new springs, rail, and motor and replacing broken hinges. My garage door opener system was not working properly. I went online and searched companies and called Precision. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. I was called back several times as reminder for the appointment and Chris, the technician, called a couple of times to keep me informed as to his arrival from his previous job. It was late Friday night, but he assured me he would arrive to troubleshoot the problem. He came and diagnosed the issue. He spent time with me going over the possible solutions and questions I had. He emailed the entire set of estimates for me to consider. He was courteous, polite, helpful. I paid the service charge and was reminded that if I choose Precision to install a new garage door opener system, that the fee would be applied to the cost of the installation. I was pleased with the service call and I will determine which system would be best for our garage door. I was happy with this initial consultation service call.

The tech John came out for what I thought would be a simple repair. My door and parts are about 3 years old. Instead, he presented me with 3 options ranging in cost from $1,050 to $3,600 (for replacing all parts). THIS IS A THREE YEAR OLD DOOR/PARTS. I paid a $145 service fee so that he could come out and try to extort me for thousands.

We found Precision through a quick google search and Facebook recommendations and were blown away by their quick response and ability to stop by same day. Our tech did a full inspection of our garage doors, noted concerns and presented a number of recommendations to ensure we would operate effectively and safely after repairs. We loved how their approach was risk based and they never tried to sell us something we didn't need. The tech explained why certain things should be repaired or replaced for safety and presented 3 different options for us to choose from. I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati after one of our springs broke. One of their technicians (Christopher Woods) arrived within hours. He inspected everything and provided several options for the repair. Christopher was excellent; he thoroughly explained my options and was detailed with his work. Based on my experience, I will be calling Precision Garage Door Service for any future garage door needs.

Our garage door spring broke unexpectedly leaving us with one car stuck in the garage. I looked at several garage door repairs companies online information and Precision listed quick response, a BBB score of A (confirmed online) and multiple customer review of high satisfaction. The reviews listed people from our local area and I even saw the name of someone I knew who gave a glowing review. Our service agent was Chris. He did an excellent job of explaining the condition of our door opener as well as the obvious broken spring. David had to park across Deerfield and walk thru a road construction site to get to the house. His only comment was”at least I’ll get my steps today. He made the best of a bad situation.
