Called and got an appointment for the next day. The installer actually called and said he could arrive an hour early. No problem for me. Jake arrived and explained what was needed for my door repair so that I fully understood. The repairs were made as explained and then Jake lubricated all moving parts at no extra charge. Our garage door opener was not allowing the door to stay closed. I contacted Precision Saturday afternoon and Brett was out on Monday. The issue was a bad logic board in the old opener. I could see where the board was burnt - so I had a new opener installed. Brett explained my options; I chose a new opener. After the new unit was installed; Brett explained all the features - tuned up the garage door; explained how to maintained the door n the future and cleaned up the area. I was very pleased with the job Brett and Precision did and would recommend them very highly

I woke up to find my tension spring on my garage door broken. I called at 9:00 am and the tech was sitting in my driveway at noon. My garage door was working within 30 minutes. Great service and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Late last week I called a service center of a major department store to replace two broken tension springs. After roughly 1-1/2 hours their tech called out to me to advise me the door was warped and I'd need a new one. I asked him what his company would charge for a door of comparable quality. He didn't know for certain, but said I was talking somewhere in the neighborhood of $3,000 to $3,500, I'd need to call their office Monday morning. Shocked, I did a search on the web, found Precision, and phoned them immediately. Allen answered the phone and I asked him for a ballpark quote. He gave me one (way, way less by the way), but he asked me why I was planning to replace it. When he heard my story, he said it just didn't sound right and asked if he could send one of his tech's over first thing tomorrow morning and take a look a look at the problem. Sure enough, Kevin O. showed up first thing. Within one minute, Kevin told me the door wasn't warped. Within 10 minutes he found the problem and corrected it. The door edge was getting stuck on the outdoor trim's casing. Not only that, he advised me the repair guy from the prior day had used the wrong replacement springs and suggested when I get them back ( are you kidding me... no way!) to insist they reinstall the correct springs. A long story, a little shorter... Kevin said much of the hardware was also worn (the door is 23 years old) so I had him do a tune-up on the door which included the replacement of the springs... all at a reasonable price. I called the service center of the major department store first thing yesterday, Monday morning... they apologized, zero balanced the charge of my account, and will be scheduling the pick-up of their springs. Thanks Allen and Kevin O., because of your honesty, I not only have a new garage door that looks and runs like new, but just like you said without even having seen the door Allen, you saved me a lot of money!!! To both of you, thanks again!
