Had Brian install a new door last year. Couldn't ask for any more courteous reliable and knowledgeable service person. Notifications were timely and factual. Hard to get companies to commit to a time and keep their commitment. Have recommended you guys to others.

Referral from a friend. Brian was our tech. He called in the morning to verify appointment and showed up early. (He called and asked permission) We had a spring broken and wanted to do some additional maintenance. We selected a rebuild with a lifetime warranty. Could not be happier with the work and professionalism.

Your company responded to our needs in a very timely manner. Brent was our tech and we could not have asked for a better man for the job. He works quickly, is very neat and cleans up after himself quite well. He took his time with us to explain all the workings of our new garage door opener and even reprogrammed the buttons in my wife's car to open the garage door. We highly recommend your company.

I contacted Precision because my garage door spring broke and I couldn't open my door. They were listed as servicing Milford, so I contacted them. I talked with Amanda and she said the first appointment would be the morning of the next day, but would check with her technicians to see if they could come sooner. She advised me that I was scheduled for the next morning, but if a technician became , they would contact me. She was very pleasant and professional. I was contacted that afternoon by Brian and he stated that he was doing other jobs in my area and would be by that afternoon to look at my door. He texted my to let me know that he was on his way. He even asked if I needed him to stop on the way to get me a drink or bottle of water! I've never had a service person offer that, so I was immediately impressed. He looked at my door and offered me three options. I had him replace both springs. He took about half an hour and showed me that the door was operating properly and even lubricated the rollers and hinges before he left. I am pleased with the service that I received from everyone at Precision and would recommend them to anyonel
